Wonderful and comfortable experience. Leary was absolutely great and I felt heard. Conversation flowed naturally and a plan of action was explained to me.

Honestly, finding doctors through insurance and that can actually help you/want to help you is so frustrating and feels impossible. Setting up with LifeStance was super easy, even though I booked the wrong doctor who doesnt see what I needed to be helped with, the staff automatically found another doctor and appointment to switch me to for the same day! Everything was seamless and super easy. The doctor I met with was also one of the best psychiatrists Ive ever worked with and Ive been through a handful of them. She spent the time going over history and who I am, where I came from and how life has shaped me. We worked out a new medication plan and then she gave me her personal number just in case there was any immediate issues with medication or at the pharmacy, etc, I really will not see another psychiatrist unless I have to in the future! The team at Progressive Behavioral health has done a wonderful job of making sure that my care continues in a smooth and consistent manner during the pandemic. I came to them after the pandemic started and the process has been frictionless. The care Ive received has helped me a great deal during an absolutely crazy time. The staff has been friendly and is great about communicating reminders for appointments and helping with any tech issues (only had a small problem once in the beginning logging in) for those online appointments.

Got a consult for possible ADHD symptoms. My doctor was 5 minutes late (no big deal), and they were extremely clear, considerate, informative, and patient-aware (listening, etc.). Clarified when questions were asked out of requirement vs. for a more targeted diagnostic purpose. I was kind of nervous beforehand, but it was a very relaxed conversation. Definitely a positive experience.

My 5 stars are for Renia Smith. She has been a miracle worker. She is thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and really listens to her patients. I have tried for several years to get my mental health in check and have seen psychiatrists who have put me on random medications that led me to be hospitalized. Given my past bad experiences, I have been hesitate to pursue psychiatry and medication but Renia has really changed that for me. She just wants me to feel normal and thanks to her I have been feeling more normal than I have in years. All my gratitude to her. If youre hesitate about making an appointment to see her...just do it! Shes amazing with a beautiful heart!

Highly recommend. Madison was able to process my insurance and intake paperwork quickly and easily. Dr Singh was easy to speak to and knowledge, friendly and professional.

This group has an awesome staff. I had to hunt for about 3 months to find someone who would accept me as well as my insurance. Dr Win is one of the very best Drs. I have ever had. He truly listens to me and cares how I am doing. I feel very blessed having found and been accepted in to this group. I have to say that my future is looking great!

Great place for therapy! I’m very happy with how my visit went I was honest with the provider on how I needed her to be. I prefer someone to be straight to the point with me. She was understanding and she listened she also provided great feedback. Looking forward to my next visit!

This company plays phone chase with you. The appointment makers dont give you all the information and then they want to reschedule and chsrge you because no one informed you!!!! Angela R is a liar and need to seek help right where she works. During these times my daughter only 12 waited and waited for her appointment and the mainville lady told her to call back abd reschedule and then charged us 150 dollars. Wow

I had my first therapy session with Mary Halm this morning and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I felt like she listened to me and offered great supporting comments while I was speaking . I have had a horrible experience before with another therapist but she made me feel reassured that everything would finally be okay & she’d be there to help me through it all. I definitely recommend her and this practice !!

Dr. Khan actually spent enough time with me. Asking questions and making sure to address all my concerns. They do take long to respond to a voicemail and never seem to pick up.. but the staff is friendly and helpful

I had my first appointment with Dr. Singn. He was very understanding, respectful and extremely knowledgeable with everything that we discussed. I would rate him 10 stars if that option were available. I look forward to my future appointments with my new Doctor!!!

Cleary, NP., was exceptionally attentive. She listened to my story and I believe understood every that I needed. We were able to identify an appropriate treatment plan for me. I felt extremely comfortable talking to her and quite fortunate that I found Life Stanse.

I cant begin to say how grateful I am to have found this place. Those of us who struggle with Behavioral Health can understand the daily frustration. I see Chelsea, but have also seen a different Dr. within their facility. I love that they dont judge you. They listen to you and help you become a better version of yourself. If you arent sure where to go. Go here, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Terrible.. at first I thought this was a great idea especially during the pandemic, I was grateful for the telemedicine feature. I thought the visits were short, like less then 5 minutes but that’s sometimes typical. Dr Reyna was nice.. everything was fine until she didn’t show for one of my appointments. When I called they said to me, you missed your last appointment... turns out she had rescheduled and I got it out of the Admin that she went on vacation and made changes to her schedule..and the didn’t notify me.. not a call, or text.. I was like okay that’s fine we’ll reschedule.. we’ll non the less, this happened 2 more times, they’d reschedule my original appointment without notifying me..Had another incident where I waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room... then I’d get these emails like “thanks for your visit” like a week after my originally scheduled appointment .. I would call and leave messages trying to figure out what was going on with no return calls..by then I was like I need to find a new doctor so I did.. THEN received a bill for $120 for 2 no show appointments.. like what the heck.. I’ve left 3 messages with no return and am 2 steps away from having our attorney write a demand letter to dispute these charges. Terrible practice. Their admin team is doing something wrong because non of this should have happened.

Took a big first step today and got a psychiatric consultation. I was totally apprehensive about seeing a shrink, but after my appointment with Dr Sumeet, I feel confident that I finally have a plan to help me overcome my demons and live my life! LifeStance Health has been a huge life changer and I look forward to working with this company as I seek further treatment.

I really like this place! I do telehealth since I live in a different city. The people here are considerate and will send a couple of reminders prior to your appointments. I personally havent had trouble with my prescriptions being sent untimely; my doctor was able to send my prescriptions and complete Prior Authorization in the span of a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this place!

At first I liked the virtual appointments and how things were going between me and my therapist. BUT they do not handle prescriptions in a mannerly fashion. Therapist went out of town without refilling prescription, office didnt get back to me until Friday afternoon offering to see someone next week. Its been 4 days with out my medicine. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to make a connection with their therapist.

They always answer the phone, and they’re clear about relaying my messages.

Awesome as always. Doing telemedicine with them is so easy.

The questionnaire was thorough and repetitive but once you get past that (if you can get past it) their doctors and phone ap are very helpful.

Ghosted on my first new patient appointment

I don’t recommend this office for psychiatry services. I had difficulty getting referrals from the provider Dr. Kahn. Dr. Kahn does not know about homeopathic or herbal medicine. I wish I recorded the instances where she became frustrated during two of the appointments and threw her hands up when I told her about an alternative medicine we would be using that she had no pharmaceutical knowledge of. It came to a head when the Doctor demanded we get testing for my son which I did request, but the wait times are between two months and a year. The doctor was not satisfied. She filed a report to social services and sent them to our home without warning after I terminated our relationship with her as our provider. I had already cancelled the upcoming appointment and the front desk called me back the next day trying to get me to keep the appointment three weeks out. I told them not to call again. Doctor Kahn sent Social Services to our home on my son’s tenth birthday. There was no reason for this. It was completely unwarranted. I met with them and they toured our home and spoke to my children. I don’t recommend Dr. Kahn and I warn other patients against using her as provider for your child. She does not listen to parental input and is very stubborn. I have never had problems with a provider like this before. Additionally, there was at least one other person who was either in earshot of the treatment room or present in the room where teleconferencing took place at the provider’s office. We were not advised of this. By law, you are required to disclose the presence of anyone in the treatment area who is observing or listening in to the patient and their family. I am not the first patient with a complaint and I doubt I will be the last.

Chelsea Leary is a great asset to this organization.

I was working with a dr on new medication. He decided only to prescribe a half a month of medication due to side effects he wanted to monitor. I was doing fine after 15 days and sent a email for the rest of month. The reply I got was from a Office manager that my prescription would not be filled I need to wait till next appointment. We were not talking narcotics but a seizure medication used for depression. I explained how many pills I got and my dosage, which I shouldn’t have. I also don’t think the office manager should be filling prescriptions or even making that decision. It took her two days to say I’ll get ahold of the doctor. Well without meds I had night sweats and had possibility of seizures. In no way will I trust them with my health or mental health ever again. They sent me a note saying my prescription is at pharmacy after 4 days and a sorry. Too late

I really liked my psychiatrist she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable to talk to her about everything, I agree with the advice she gave me and I no if I do it it will help me a lot. I definitely plan to tell anyone who is seeking a psychiatrist to visit Progressive Behavioral Health. I definitely plan to continue my care with them.

This place would get no stars if I could. You wait until the day before the appointment to tell me you no longer participate with our insurance. This appointment was scheduled and confirmed a month ago. My 6 year old needs help now and has needed help for months so calling me the day before does nothing for me. You could have told me last month when I scheduled the appointment you didnt take our insurance so I didnt waste my time.

Dr. Khan is a board certified child psychiatrist who is compassionate and caring who is also able to see adults. Lynn is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is dual certified in family and psych.
