I had a package that was shipped to my old address. I was unable to get it rerouted so they held it at the Round Rock location. After driving from Houston to get it, I arrived to find they could not locate it. After much searching by Robert, Jeremy and Cynthia they were able to locate it. I cant believe how amazing they were to look so hard for it. It contained something my child needed for school and if they had not located it we would not have gotten it in time for school. They went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate them and you for employing such wonderful employees. Keep up the amazing work.

Had an important package that i needed to grt before I travel.When I tried to track it because it was late, the website said its undeliverable because the address is missing the apartment number, all this could happen its okay.But the poor performance by the customer service agent when I updated the address the agent told that it been updated and a message was sent successfully to the service center to have it delivered againIt wasnt delivered and when I called again they told we need to update the address again.I spent an hour calling and updating my address and all that was not registered.Very poor service and performance by ups agents

Can I give -3 stars? Is it possible? Three days in a row, UPS driver comes to my business parking lot, marks package as unable to deliver, and leaves without ever exiting the vehicle. 5 separate calls to the generic UPS number thats now posted everywhere because the people in Austin cant be bothered with petty things like package delivery, and 5 guaranteed calls back without any action. Whats the over-under on how many days it takes for this review to get the canned please contact us on our social media DM message? Use Fedex, DHL, hell even use Favor to get a package delivered in Austin to avoid this garbage juice management team.

Last night (Tuesday August 24th 2021) my neighbor heard a loud bang and a UPS truck was out in front of both of our houses. The next morning I walk out and my rock mailbox had been hit. I would like to talk to a manager about inspecting the truck.

Got notice that my package couldn’t be delivered because the receiver wasn’t home. A total lie….not only were we here all day but I have exterior cameras which shows the driver go by our house to the end of the street and then he drove back by and never stopped. The problem is my shipment weighed 138 pounds and the driver didn’t want to jack with it.

Had a work package that was not delivered cause the driver was in a rush and by the time my wife came to the door he had left. I offered to go pick up the package at the facility center as I needed to use the package the next day. The staff were friendly, but the system and way of operation is so slow. In the end I failed to get my package. Again am not able to receive it the next day delivery cause it’s not showing shipping.

I received a notification on my phone that my package had been delivered while I was at home waiting for it. I checked my front porch. No delivery. Upon reviewing the tracking I discover the carrier entered attempted delivery but refused by recipient. They hadn’t even attempted delivery. Neither myself or the vendor have the option to request reattempted delivery. Even USPS offers it. It is being processed as return to sender. Who ever the driver is ought to be reprimanded. This location has no direct line to call available to the public. I called the 800 number and got a random rep who lied saying they would find my package and call me back.

Horrible service on a delivery that never came. I had to call them twice from friday all the way to monday to find out what is going on. Only to find out they dont care to help and told me to contact the shipper. UPS nationwide is having issues with package theft. Dont order any high priced electronics online they are being stolen. My last two orders were stolen and I dont Blame customer care, but I do blame the supervisors and drivers. This is your job and we are trusting you to deliver as requested. Ill be letting everyone I know about this issue. Thanks UPS for your indifference. Its interesting that they day I called they tell me that my package has been voided. I asked how? I paid for I got a receipt and a tracking number how is that possible with all this tracking they cant find my package. I had to go and get my item locally from another store after having lost $1000 from the three private gigs that I had lined up. Thank you so much all this lost time and money.Edit: they called me back with some generic response like call them 800 number which is where is where I started. UPS claimed they made several delivery attempts but they never leave a note on my door per instructions how I can get my package. Not contact numbers whatsover. Now I have to drive to another city to try to pick up my package. Terrible service!

The weather delay happened two weeks ago now. We have gotten the run around from customer service two days in a row. Every day our packages, two different packages, two different people, items ordered from two different businesses, going to the same place, our warehouse, our business, have said out for delivery by 9pm for 7days in a row. We call and they say it will definitely be here today and then it never arrives, no note on the door, nothing. We have a regular driver that is usually here by 9am like clock work. What gives, we are a business and the items are vital to our not getting one star reviews. A few days sure, but 7 days it says its out for delivery and never shows.

I had a package worth nearly $10,000(computer componets). Signature was required and instead its was left outside my apartments front office in the rain and boxes were beaten to hell and back. If there is any damage to anything I will be coming to yall for a full refund. Ups is a sad excuse for delivery service. Also no signature was given by me nor my apartments management. Also I paid nearly $250 to insure it would get delivered properly, that was a waste of money.

Lol package delayed for a severe weather delay. Weather looks mighty fine to me. Actually, it was a perfect day today. Somehow my package is delayed for severe weather, after I took off work to get it. It also happens to be my mattress I’m supposed to be sleeping on. You guys are trash and I see that by looking at the other comments. Hopefully enough people complain and get some people fired. As I can see by the other complaints, this is an ongoing issue.

Filing a claim with them is absolutely pointless and everyone will give you a run around answer. COMPLETE JOKE! Im only entrusting my packages and mail through USPS from here on out! I completely understand a delay due to the weather, but we are now a week past the weather and yet somehow my tracking was updated toweather delay. This is a day after I received notification it would be delivered yesterday. It is literally in the same city I live in!! And the only weather we have had is cloudy skies!! This is a joke!! I have ordered items from other companies after this one which have been delivered through USPS AND FedEx and have both ALREADY been delivered... One was 2 days early!! So I would love to know where the hell my package is and why UPS cant seem to get it to me 5.2 miles from the distribution center!! There is a reason that UPS is struggling financially, this is one of many examples.

1Z2E25840232406641 Tracking numberMy parcel arrived February 25 on a 2 Day express. It has been scanned and put on the delivery truck on the 26 February and not delivered. The parcel was again put on the delivery truck on Monday March 1 and on Tuesday March 2 and again today March 3. Each time the delivery is re scheduled to the next day. I am really upset and fed up with the service, I call UPS every morning . They say they will contact the dispatch but to no avail. I have had two packages at the Round Rock location for 5 days. The past 4 days (exempting Sunday) the package has been out for delivery at one point and then delayed for inclement weather later that same day. THE WEATHER HAS BEEN WARM AND SUNNY. There is no weather delay. There is a poor employee and lazy driver not doing their job.

Someone at your Round Rock distribution hub is stealing our outbound packages. 5 in the last month and none is the previous 4 years. There is no contact info for the Round Rock hub and the UPS customer service/resolution center website for lost packages is non-functional. Seems like my only other option is to file a police report.

Horrible service! Paxkage was delayed for unknown reasons. Asked for it to be held for pick up instead of delivery. No I am getting the run around saying its still not available. Was told it was in the trailer by one person and another person telling me its not and it is in customer care. Where is my package? I would love to know.

Very disappointed! I’m waiting for a package for 2 weeks, I understand that the weather delayed the process. However I called to see if I can pick the package. I was told that In 1 h I should be able to get it, went there and I was told that I have to wait till Monday (3 days) for them to scan it or whatever they will get to the package! Really?

Ok, I am going to vent, tried venting to Customer Service to no avail. I work shipping for a local start up company that relies on UPS to get packages to our customers. Most of the time I drop off the packages, but certain packages require a UPS pick up. I get on line, pay for the pick up and wait. About 3 times the last several months the pick up is not retrieved and when I go online to look up the number I see the familiar phrase Your pickup request has been successfully completed. Only problem is that I am still in the office with the packages right in front of me! I call Customer Service and am told the same thing, dont know why they would say that, Ill contact the hub and inform them, they will call you back within an hour. I never received a call back and am forced to wait until a UPS driver is sent by on his regular route the next day or week. Either the driver is lying or lazy. Our facility is in a small warehouse section with our name prominently displayed beside our front door. They have our telephone number if the driver is lost. So what gives? Why cant you pick up a pre-scheduled package within the time frame you give me? Why does customer service not have answers when you call them? Who do I call when this occurs now that I know its going to happen more times than not? Not a happy customer, I would definitely go to another shipper if that was available. Unfortunately, our customers use UPS.

THIS IS THE PHONE NUMBER FOR ALLSTATE INSURANCE — not the UPS Customer Service Center. Additionally, this is the second time I have had failed deliveries out of the Round Rock facility, stating “incorrect address” as the reason. The address IS correct, and everyone else seems to find us with no problem. No thanks for a two hour drive to pick up what should have been at my doorstep. Sadly, very frustrating.

The service from this hub has gone downhill fast. It seems as though they have had an influx of poor delivery drivers as of late, or they are soo overburdened that they just dont care. Multiple deliveries are being pushed beyond the original delivery date due to bogus reasons and seem to be less reliable than USPS at this point. Glad most companies seem to be using Fed Ex more so now.

Stayed home to receive a package that required a signature. Driver claimed I wasnt here. My security cameras say otherwise. And she/he didnt leave a slip on the door... because she/he never drove down my street. Contacted UPS, they told me Id get a call from the local delivery center in Round Rock within the hour. No call. Contacted UPS the next day to make sure they had the gate code and the address and to ask how Im supposed to sign for a package during a pandemic. I dont open the door for delivery drivers, they are literally going from house to house and who can be a more likely carrier? Day 2, no call back.

A series of blunders. Thur: UPS says they are missing the suite number. I confirm with the sender the suite number was provided, but call and provide it through a long automated system. Fri: UPS, after confirming they have the suite number, says they cant deliver it because they are missing the suite number. They say the distribution center will call me back in less than an hour. Two hours later, no call. I call back, they confirm it will be delivered Saturday morning, and the suite number is updated. Saturday afternoon, the status is expected delivery Monday.

Shame!!! Not the first time driver lied saying we refused to accept package.He didn’t show up at all . I have 4 security cameras pointing to my driveway checked all day and no ups coming here. Me and my wife all day at home no one knocked on the door or ring my bell. Also the next day didn’t show up after we called twice to the center here in pflugerville, they promised to show up in one hour it’s been 2 and half hours and no one came. Shame.

I use the online tracking service to follow where the driver was. I go downstairs and wait for the driver.Before coming to my home the driver turns right and disappeared and then marked my package attempted delivery without even going down my street.Second time this happened.This time hes driving around Texas my food in his truck in 103° temperatures. And they tell my theyre going to try to deliver tomorrow. Whats the point?! The guy will just lie that he attempted the delivery again.I did Call the 800 number and 30 minutes later they say theyll try to redeliver sometime today. If the driver is dishonest enough to lie first time, what makes you think hell actually make the delivery the second time.Trying to reach a local supervisor is impossible and the people at the 800 number are useless and have thick dialects / bad phone connections that make them difficult to understand. Terrible service that makes life frustrating.

I ordered somthing very big recently and was suposoed to be here yesterday but I get a email with tracking number sayin shipping instructions are required before delivery so i spend 2 hours trying ti get ahold of a real person I finally do and he was useless he wouldnt change my shipping address all he told me was you have to come here to pick it up, now I have to drive an hour and a half just ti get a package that the lazy driver didnt want to deliver so he told them he couldnt find the address, will never use ups again, FedEx delivers here daily no reasin they couldnt to

The people at the customer center at the counter only are 5 stars super helpful.This UPS drives me crazy. The hours are crazy for people who don’t work within a 5 mile radius of the place since traffic is so bad.Anyone you talk to in the phone 0 stars, very unhelpful. I don’t understand the option saying if you need a package today or you need to pick it up today to click here when it won’t be available until next day. What if I can’t do that because your hours are crazy? Not even open on the weekends when I would be able to get it. The people on the phone don’t even know the hours. They said it closed at 7 when it closes at 6. All they did was keep repeating the address when I told them I was already there. Then he said see you tomorrow at 11 and hung up on me.

Was home all day waiting for my package just to get a note that an attempt was made but I wasnt available, which is a straight up LIE. I was home all day and not a single knock on my door. I then contacted customer service to switch to same day pick up my package, was told to wait for a phone call within the hour to know when to pick up. Never received a phone call. And now theyre closed for the day. Its not even the fact I didnt get my package, its the LIE that I wasnt available to receive and was not properly communicated with to receive my package. Will be cancelling any packages being shipped from UPS. This is not the first time or the second or third with this company.

Nice facility to have, but the customer center has new hours and opens at 11:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM. Employee said those were the new hours of operation going forward. What kind of hours are those? For anyone who works in Austin, its a struggle to get here in time to pick up a package. Hire more people to cover a full shift. The Austin UPS hub customer service center is open from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM which is reasonable.

01/22 I ordered a dry vac from Home Depot. The driver ignored my signs not to ring the door bell and upset my dogs and tenants. The minute I opened the door they sped off. I found the box soak and wet. It was covered in filth and falling apart. The box clearly had water damage and they just delivered it as is.Ive had one of their drivers midhandle a three thousand dollar digital cintiq in front of my house.Ive dealt with these local drivers concerning pick ups and they never carry their own tape to seal packaging which has been standard with UPS in other places.The store in Leander refused to return shipment on an electric vac, because they said they werent allowed to handle the battery. The employees in this area are of poor quality and provide lousy customer service.I have a replacement arriving today as Next Day air. I anticipate the package will arrive late and damaged.

They need a better way to pick up packages that you set up for hold at location. I had to read out my tracking number while a guy typed it in. Then it took quite some time to actually find it. I was the only one in there. At least it wasnt grundgy like the one on Howard.

I received very poor customer service over the phone with a female employee working the morning of 6/8/20. When I called she pretended to not hear me. I called back multiple times and she would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I’m not sure why she didn’t want to take any phone calls. I was unable to contact the office until a couple hours later when a different employee was answering phone calls.

UPS was supposed to deliver my package and failed to do so. I am very disappointed and disgusted by their behavior, I honestly did not know I was going to get yelled and teased at for adding an extra number to my apartment number. The sad part was when I had asked them why didnt they go into the office complex and ask one of the housing managers, 3-4 women attacked me with their verbal language and blow me off. I will pray to God that they had security cameras to prove that I was honest minding my own business talking to a completely different person. Im just so sick of it.

Have called this location 3 times with this issue - lazy drivers keep leaving packages at the end of my driveway, with no resolution, just keeps happening. Items have been damaged, left in the mud, rain, expensive equipment unsecured and in plain view, and not one bit of response from corporate other than sorry... do not understand why this is so hard to resolve.

Apr 1-6 opens at 11AM, close an hour early.Second UPS hub in the Austin area. Opened in December 2018. Can ship, do hold for pickup, etc. Just like the main Austin hub, this is now the main Round Rock/Georgetown hub.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday 10/4 it got marked that delivery was on hold do to street doesn’t exist when they have delivered plenty of packages to this very same address. I called the 800 number and of course they verify that they have my correct address and my phone number and tell me someone will call me. Then on Tuesday the package was out for delivery again and the same thing happens but this time the house number doesn’t exist?? So again verify same information and again get told someone will call me from my local office to address this we neither one of those phones has happened now we get to Wednesday and is shows it again out for delivery and then at 1:15pm it gets marked delivered left at front door when that didn’t happen at all . Know I have to figure out how to replace a gift that they lost/ gave to someone else for my husband for our anniversary. I have emailed customer service got a response that this is unacceptable and they are looking into and by the end of today I will have someone call me …. I have managed to get ahold of the dispatch numbers for the round rock location and no one answers the phone this by far is the worst customer service I have ever had. I really need someone to figure out where their driver delivered my package .
