Ward is a great move partner. Accurate estimate; responsive to my needs and preferences, and very well-organized. Every item they packed was in perfect condition when I unpacked. The thing I like best about them is that they were super efficient and made haste to get my furniture to me in my new home. Great people. Great value.

I’m halfway through my move. I had a team, led by Andy (who is fantastic!) pack and move me from Chicago into storage in Houston while I’m having a new home built.Every single person on the crew over 4 days just had incredible attitudes and were very hard working!I’ve moved many times, and this crew was exceptional. Hoping I get the same guys when my house is finished!

The services of Ward North American were very timely and complete. The driver (Carlos) showed up on schedule at both origin and destination and kept us well informed. Both our estimator (Jaden)and move coordinator (Elizabeth) were thorough and professional. The unpacking crew in NC were great and went beyond the call. The packing crew in Texas was generally very good. However, their improper packing of an antique roll-top desk and antique spindle-leg table resulted in significant damage. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) we would give everyone a 10 except for the packing crew which would probably deserve only a 8.

Our driver, who loaded the truck and drove it more than 2,000 miles to our new home, did a fantastic job. Careful, attentive, and friendly, he stayed in touch with me along the drive, unloaded quickly and carefully. Our things arrived in great shape. Excellent service and fair price. Highly recommend!

Everything was done very professionally and quickly. Excellent communication. The price I was quoted was the price I paid-no sneaky nickel and dime add ons.I am referring only to the packing and departing portion.However, the delivery was a disaster in more than one way.Ward:1. Left me a voicemail with the wrong date for delivery of my belongings.2. Sent a single driver who didn’t want to review the inventory recorded before unloading and leaving.3. Had the same driver unload at my storage locker alone, with no other workers.4. Lost three boxes packed with clothing and other valuables. Located two of these boxes and sent them to me. The third was never found and I received a small amount of compensation for the lost box.I would under no circumstances hire this company for a move of any type. A move of two pieces of furniture and about thirty boxes proved to be too much of a challenge for Ward North American.Moving is one of the most stressful activities in anyone’s life. This was by far the worst moving. experience I ever endured over fifty years of multiple moves.

The team we worked with was out of San Antonio and they were awesome! We were moving an entire office building and they knocked it out of the park the entire time. They worked together so well. We will certainly hire Ward North American if we have future moves.

Wes and Sam were amazing. They got here I was losing my mind and they took care of everything. They had to take apart some furniture to move is and not a scratch!!! I LOVE this company. Everyone there has been awesome!!!

Amazing crew! Joey, Maddie, Michael and Matthew were quick and friendly. They showed up on time and worked hard to get my house packed. Erika was so sweet and accommodating in helping me organize what was being packed and Elizabeth was responsive to every call i made regarding the delivery date. I could not have asked for a better experience on this last minute move. With this pandemic, it is hard to find happy, friendly people - Ward has a gem of a crew and should be commended for the professionalism and friendliness of their entire staff! I will be using them for any moves that come up!

Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Walid did a fantastic job of coordinating the loaders & un-loaders, and he was right on time for the pickup and delivery of our items. We greatly appreciate the entire team at Ward North American - from their relocation consultant utilizing technology to survey our house to provide us with an estimate, the move coordinator checking in with us pre-during-post move, to the incredible movers both in Austin and San Antonio who took all the necessary precautions not only for our homes, but for the safety of our health by using face masks throughout the entire process. It can always be stressful moving between cities, however, it can be even more stressful to move during a pandemic - but, the team at Ward were superb throughout the entire process, and my family and I Thank You.

I can’t say enough good things about the crew who moved us from our old home to our new one. After having acquired stuff for over 30 years, we had quite a bit for these guys to pack and move. I wasn’t personally with them when they packed us, though my husband was. I was on the receiving end when they unloaded everything. The entire team pulled together and were so very pleasant. They had great patience. There were times when I would ask them to place furniture in one location, not knowing my husband had told them to put it in another. They never complained. Once I figured out what was going on I made sure they did not have to re-move any other furniture, though they were willing and able. One of the crew was smiling and singing most of the time, which was wonderful. Another was very allergic to cats. We have many. With red eyes and sneezing, he never complained. And he even made sure there was nothing else they needed to move or adjust before they departed. I am in the middle of a nightmare move with this company. We still have not received our property two weeks after it was picked up and way past the guaranteed delivery date. In fact, for two weeks they did not notify us of any delay and then we found out our stuff was only one and a half hours away from the original pickup location after two weeks. Today, we were guaranteed in writing by three people delivery, and we have not received our property. The local company, this office, who we contracted with and paid says they have no control and cannot do anything, their hands are tied. National Offices are deceptive and evasive.
