Very large building, lots of tables for folding/sorting, and I’ve never felt it was too crowded/busy to use (I usually go on Saturday mornings, but have been during other days throughout the week as well). The entire facility, restrooms included, are usually very clean and well maintained.Only complaint is that on the door, it says they accept Apple Pay, and all the card readers on the machines appear to work with that type of payment; however, I’ve never once gotten Apple Pay to work on any of the machines so not sure why they have the Apple Pay sticker on the door when they don’t actually take it. (My Apple Pay works just fine elsewhere so I know it’s not that.)

The prices are on the higher side. They do have card swipers if you dont have enough change - however I was charged $15 at first, then it reverted after processing to $9.50 even though the machine said and confirmed $8.50 (this is for the very large washers that can hold several large blankets/comforters). The dryers are fairly priced, but will not pick up much lint/hair if youre a pet owner.There were plenty of baskets and counter space though for folding, and several places to sit and wait even on a very busy Sunday. There are vending machines and a kids area as well. Everything was very clean as well.

Big, bright and clean inside. LOTS of machines to choose from. All machines were easy to use and accepted cards (big plus!). They also had quick and easy soap dispenser machines that were not highly overpriced like down the street. Price to wash/dry was fair. I would use again.

Big space and well maintained. They have a variety of different size washers and dryers to suit your needs. You can even use your debit/credit card on the machines if you do not have cash to change for coins.

This place is awesome!! Best and cleanest place to do laundry in Round Rock! Leticia is the best. She is always very attentive and caring for the customers. This place has great washing a drying specials, depending on the day. As a college student, this definitely helps my budget. I am very, very thankful and really appreciate this. They also have donuts and coffee!! Love this place.

Very cool, huge, tons of washers and high capacity driers. Includes a lounge and seating areas as well vending machines. However, I noticed the fire extinguisher was out of date. Otherwise very clean.

Omg! Everything in there is so shiny! It was so clean! You can use your debit card on all machines. The bathroom was clean. They have vending machines! Im just waay too excited about this, but whatever. The other laundromats Ive been too have all been run down and poorly kept. I will be returning!

My family came to Austin for a soccer tournament and I used this facility to wash soccer uniforms and I was very impressed with the services. It was well lit, plenty of space and machines, and it was very clean. It even has built-in tablets for the kids.

Its an average 24hr laundromat. Well lit, basically clean, and machines that work. People dont bother each other and the tvs are tuned to english and spanish speaking channels. The kids zone was probably something at one point but now there is zero entertainment for children. There are also reasonably priced vending machines and a drop-off service that ive not used.

The first time I went to this laundry a few months ago my experience was great. The lady with green or blue eyes that was there that day was really great; she had excellent customer service skills, was very polite and professional and that is the reason why I decided to come back to this laundry. I had to drive a long distance to get there but I did not mind because my experience there the first time I went was so great that I had decided that was going to be my to go laundry from there on until I got my new washer and dryer at my house. However, the second time I went to this laundry on March the 12th the lady that was there in the evening shift was a total different story. It was a different lady and this lady had absolutely zero customer service skills, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her terrible attitude was so bad that I ended up leaving to do my laundry elsewhere that evening. Great customer service and good manners are paramount to the success of any business, especially when considering that the customers are the ones that build the business and pay the salaries of their employees. I would give zero stars to this establishment if I could.

Restroom kids space snacks patio to take a smoke products for your washing. They have 8 ,4,3 loads of dryers like wow!! Big! Enough tables to fold your clean stuff. Restrooms are both sex so no line. I didnt ser a baby change table hopefully one of the restroom has it

It was good, looked like really good machines to wash and dry you clothes. Price is about the same at other places.They do have prepaid cards if you want to use them, but they still have where you can use credit cards and/or quarters, and they do have changed machine if you dont have quarters.

This is always busy do I prefer to go past midnight since theyre open 24 hours.

Be Tuesday and Wednesday special is a fantastic deal! But every time I have been here for the discounted laundry there is a line of people waiting. It makes no sense that only half of the 2 load machines are discounted and not all of the 2 load machines (or 3 load on Wednesday).

Big machines for washing and drying huge loads. Dryers work really well.. The machines take cards too but I recommend bringing cash so you dont have to swipe as much. Clean and convenient too.

I am a loyal spin zone customer 3 times a month or more depending! I suppose because this one is new the prices to wash and dry are a tad pricey. The overall cleanliness is spectacular, and the amenities are amazing! You cant beat a 24 hour landromat that accepts credit cards! So I can always give Spinzone a positive review just on that the price can vary depending on location but always on the side of the Spinzone landromat!

She obviously wasnt here at this facility. Machine cost between $3.75-$4.25 for machknea that are 3&4 loads. This facility is perfect & although u do not need an attendant there is usually one there and they are normally always helpful. We all have bad days so if u catch em on a rough day consider what the have to deal with all day!👍Only thing is I never did get a reply from owners, which tells us what we review matters is all✌

I have been to two other laundry mats here in round Rock and this is definitely my favorite one. It is spacious and clean and the lady Brandi is always so helpful. She makes sure you are comfortable and all questions are answered about machines and drop off service.

Place is very clean every time I walk in. I love the drop off service super cheap and very fast. Brandis customer service is awesome every time. Shes so sweet always has a smiling face. Answers all questions. I love coming to this place.

My first time there. Lots of machines of various capacities and costs. Lots of space to stay socially distanced and everyone was wearing masks. I had great anxiety about going but it was fine once I got there. Ill be going again.

This location had everything I needed to get lots of laundry done in a short time. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. It had lots of space to sit, watch tv, charge/use your phone/tablet and fold your clothes. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of doing your own laundry or using their laundry service to have them do it for you.

Ive got to say I am surprised at the way this young lady Brandi works I have seen her go from slow business to busy as can be all in a hour and she is amazing I witnessed her being asked something in Spanish and she immediately called to have it translated she did not walk away until she had that customer happy along with the rest of us in the laundry mat. This is the nicest and cleanest laundry mat I have seen. The lady that works here on weekends Brandi is always full of energy and so helpful when I need her to help with machines or soap center.

Ignore whatever the machines claim to be priced. Its $15 flat fee per machine. Its just too expensive and the staff isnt very helpful. And the dryers dont dry very well. The 5 load ones only run for 8 minutes at .50 a piece and you have to pay another .50 for additional time

I recently moved back to Round Rock and needed to find a wash house that I felt comfortable at and let me tell you this is IT!!! The place is huge! It has big screen tvs, lounge area, charging area, vending machines and a kid area for those who have kids. I highly recommend this place!

The Staff here is Great , its Very Nice and Clean. I also love the rewards card & you can load it anytime anywhere . I also love their app , you can put your clothes in run errands or sit down and read and the app tells you what machine your on and how many mins are left on it . You can also check your balance on the card using the app as well . Today Sunday we did the Wash and & Fold for my clothes and my 8 month old son.It’s there GRAND OPENING ALL WEEK WASH & DRY for FREE up until Sunday October 21,2018.

I have been using this laundromat weekly for the last two months while I’ve been in town. I have recommended it to several others. It’s a nice clean place. I have been pleased so far until today. Today I was forced to wear a mask to retrieve my clothes. I asked when this new rule came into effect and was told that it’s not a forced policy but If it’s a problem the police will be called to talk with me regarding the regulation. I’m not sure what the police can do about enforcement of something that is not a city ordinance. I will be using a new laundromat next week.

I need the community to know that I heard this laundry mat was great with great staff but unfortunately it’s not there is a employee that introduced his self as Jose to me and came on ok at first but the more he kept on he was starting to talk to me inappropriately and was being extremely pushy about me giving him my number and continued to make the comments how beautiful I was and if I was to give him a chance he would cherish me and treat and protect me and lots more. So ladies and gentlemen please be aware this individual is a creep. I definitely will not be going back there.

I have not been to a laundromat in a few years. Today I needed to do about 6 loads of laundry, but did not have the time to do it at home. I found this place on google recommendations and would definitely come back here. The place is extremely clean compared to the other laundromats around Austin. The staff is very nice and made sure I didn’t need anything. They have so many options for washing and drying. The place is large and you don’t feel like you are standing on top of anyone. My favorite part is they did not require you to buy one of their company cards to use at the machines, you have the option to use your debit card or change. They have clean bathrooms and two vending machines full of great snacks.Check them out for all your laundry needs! You won’t regret it!!!

This is the cleanest laundromat we have ever been. We are RV fulltiming and have traveled all over this beautiful country and this is absolutely the cleanest we have ever been in!! The machines are immaculate! Even the soap dispensers in the machine are so clean! Definitely a great laundromat!!

This is the best laundromat Ive ever seen. Ive been twice and the place is always clean and peaceful... I go in the morning. If you are going for the first time, be mindful that if you use a CC they will hold $15 but refund quickly if you dont use that much. I found the 3 load dryers dry better than the 5 load.

Although someone next door was jackhammering during our visit, our experience was good. The facility is clean and quiet, and the prices did not seem exorbitant to me. The variety of machine sizes and number of machines is impressive. Leticia in the customer care center was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this laundromat to friends and family.

We have recently started going to the laundry mat so we can get all our laundry done very quickly. Neither of us have ever had to use one and were shocked at how clean the place was. The place is huge so theres always machines open. If by chance 1 steals your money they will immediately fix the issue for you as well.

I have been there twice. The first time the Spanish woman, Leticia, would not speak English to me and she spent the entire 40 minutes I was there joking in Spanish with others who also did not appear to know English. When others came in, she spoke to them in Spanish and if they did not respond, she did not bother to help them. I did not bother to dry my clothes as I felt very uncomfortable, like I was in some sort of bar. So I took my wet clothes and left. I was not going to go back but was driving to the other laundromat in Round Rock and passed the Spin Zone. I stopped to see if it was a friendlier place and a great clerk named Brandy was there cleaning and she helped me out. She is GREAT. Not only does she speak English, she was making everyone feel so welcome. She was so accommodating, I watched her respond so positively to some womans child. Not standing around, but working.It appears Leticia does not like Round Rock very well. I will continue to use your facility if the help is helpful.

This place was recommended by a friend after she visited on Sat evening so I gave it a shot however I was highly disappointed. When I pulled into the parking lot there was trash all over the place as well as when I walked in the door. There were only a few people in the place.Being my first time I had a couple of questions and the young lady working was rude and very unprofessional. I understand it’s a laundry mat however customer service goes along way and well I was not impressed. The way she spoke to me and her attitude was by far the worst I have seen in awhile.This whole experience made me wonder if I was at the wrong place because it was nothing like the way my friend said it was. So disappointed.Unfortunately, I will be taken my business elsewhere. I am under the impression after reading the reviews that the owners obviously do not care who runs their establishment or what their employees say and do.

This place broke all my preconceptions about laundromats! Very clean, friendly, with comfortable seating, free coffee, and very helpful customer service. Really a great place! I don’t use laundromats regularly, but this was SO much nicer than I imagined!

Deceptive charging. I was charged a $0.75 fee for using my credit card to do the wash (yep, stupid, but I wanted to try it out). The dryers will eat quarters IF you arent on your toes, putting two quarters in at a time. Ive been to all 3 of them in the Austin-Round Rock area. The Round Rock one was clean and at least their all open 24 hrs.
