I called this Foster Agency in hopes to receive some information in regards to beginning the process to Foster a child. However, I was speaking on the phone with Sheila and she was very rude and nasty. Sheila was asking a lot of questions that didn’t have anything to do with the process I wanted to proceed with but she assumed I didn’t have a job and that I wasn’t educated enough to have a good job or educated enough to have a 5 bedroom house. Sheila asked me why do I have a need to want a 5 bedroom house in a very rude attitude. I asked Sheila is it uncommon for a 28 year old that have a college degree and a good job to want to have nice things in life. Once I asked for information to be sent to my email to start the process to adopt Sheila refused to give me any information or via email or phone. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and she should definitely not be a person to be advocating for children to be placed in a loving home. Instead of giving me information to start the process Sheila just kept repeating how hard the process is to Foster to adopt a child or just Foster a child in general. You guys really need to re-evaluate your staff, I definitely would not be working with this company to receive the child that I want to give a loving, comfortable, happy and secure forever home to some day.

I have to say Im shocked that someone would write such a terrible review about Sheila. I came to the google page to get info for a person im referring for foster to adopt services. She was always amazing in regards to our family and our needs. We can never repay Angel Heart (Meghan, Sheila, Alexa, etc.) for what they did for us, even as difficult as I could be at times.
