Theyre testing the alarms at our apartment complex today. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to tell me how many more times they were going to set off our alarms. Then she accused me of yelling (she wouldnt let me walk up to her and she was standing next to two running AC units, so I did raise my voice to be heard) and refused to look at me or speak to me. She was rude to her coworker who tried asking the same questions and refused to stop testing so he could go talk to the apartment manager to make sure we had appropriate notice. Her manager refused to come out from behind the building and speak to any of us. This has been a nightmare experience and I hope our apartment never hires this company again.
