They arrived within an hour of me requesting services for a shattered window, and were kind, professional, and helpful. They left me feeling confident that everything I had already done was the right thing. I ended up not needing their services right then, but they did not needlessly take my money by doing something that did not need to be done. I highly recommend this company. Jeremy, Nick, and the rest of the team at 1-800-BOARDUP were great to work with! We had a roof leak that we found first thing in the morning, and they were prompt in returning my frantic call and getting someone to our home within two hours to put a tarp on our roof as a preventative measure especially since there was more rain in the forecast. After that, I had reached back out to have them double-check for any water damage as a result of the leak, and they were quick to respond and take time out of their day to take a look. After what I felt like was a thorough inspection, we fortunately do not have any water damage, but if anything similar happens again, we will definitely be reaching back out for their services!
