Terrible service. They charge an enrollment fee which I was never informed of. The day of the appointment Jeffrey Baker never showed up, never joined the meeting, never answered the phone. Then we called and the lady who answered the phone said they couldn’t get a hold of him and we could re schedule and she will talk to the clinic director explaining it wasn’t our fault to see if we wouldn’t be charge. What a joke! This is so disappointing!!!

I have been with Aimee C. at Triveworks in Round Rock for a short time now and she has already made a huge difference in my mental health. i have already referred my wife to Thriveworks as well. What makes Aimee different/amazing is that she talks to you as a real person. She sets realistic expectations and help you achieve obtainable goals. Every week I get homework(personal challenges) that helps me measure my progress. I know its going to be a long journey however i am so happy i made the first step and contacted her. Like these things typically go, i wish i would’ve done this sooner. So if you’re reading this and are contemplating talking to a therapist please just setup a screening. Aimee Corona was indispensable and helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I was able to get in quickly for my first appointment and she took the time needed to listen to me and give me helpful feedback during our very first session. I continued seeing for several months afterward and she has always been supportive, professional, and available for regular sessions. I would highly recommend her and Thriveworks to anyone.

I would highly recommend Thriveworks Counseling . The Intake and scheduling specialist are excellent . My therapist , Carla , was extremely helpful to me and I am extremely grateful to her for her help and guidance . She is compassionate as well as knowledgeable and insightful and gave me practical tools to help with the issues I was facing and I feel more equipped to handle life in a more positive balanced way. I can not thank her enough !

Ariell has been a great therapist for my daughter! I was a little concerned in switching therapists as my daughter was not responsive to her former therapist but things have really turned around since she has been seeing Ariell. She is so compassionate and kind!

Carla Noto-Vencill, LMFT is a fantastic counselor. I am happy to have found her. I am not particularly impressed with the client portal to set, cancel, and reschedule appointments. It does not allow you to cancel an appointment and it is very hard to schedule more than one appointment at a time. Seems since Thriveworks is a nationwide franchise, the franchisor could do a better job supporting their local franchise with better web based software. You also cant change any of your personal info in the portal, like your billing CC number.To be clear, if I could give my individual counselor a rating, it would be 5 stars, but the back office support team for Thriveworks would only get a 1 star.

Thriveworks is such a beautiful and welcoming office! You can really tell the owners have put thought into every decision about the space, and it makes a difference.

Ariell has been warm and welcoming. I find it easy to share with her as she created a non-judgement and safe environment.
