My son is going to Starry for counseling and so far I am impressed with their program.

My daughter was asking to speak with a counselor to get some things off her chest, as she had been depressed and anxious before starting high school. Starry got us in right away, and set us up with an amazing counselor, Ellen Pace. Over the past few weeks, my daughter has really opened up and I see a light in her eyes when shes able to talk with Ellen. Thanks Starry!

Disappointed in Starry as I tried to seek help for my son to receive counseling and they turned us away due to the fact that I did not have court documents stating the custody for my child. They said both parents need to be present to sign documents for a child to receive counseling. Well his biological father has not been seen or heard from in 9 years....a little difficult to get that other signature. They told me I could get the court documents which yes I can, but when I am seeking out counseling for my child there is obviously a reason he needs to be seen sooner than I will be able to get documents.
