I had to spend lots of energy during closing; I dont understand how they are running this office. Our closing agent Pam was out office on the day of closing (she is a nice person and knowledgeable) and other agents supposed to handle our case.1) the agents didnt know how to balance the CD on lenders website. This is a basic job to be done by title company. they were keep complaining on my lender. Finally my lender did these peoples job; i really dont know where the issues, but i am sure that title company also has its parts to play.2)the title commitment expired and the title company should send the renewed commitment to lender but they didnt send it. This caused additional cost and time during closing.3) we informed them that our lender approval will be delayed and requested the title company to accommodate late approval . But the title company didnt cooperate; (this is actually a 15-30 mins job). we had to extend our closing date .4) They forget to send/e-mail me the signed copy of title. it had been more than 10days; i called them later, then they send it.But one good thing is, the title company agents stayed late and closed it even though our lender approval came late on the next day.
