The people I spoke with were very cordial, however, we were told that the time to fix the laptop would be 1-2 weeks, and it ended up taking four. I called close to fifteen times to get a status on the laptop and most of the time I had to leave a voicemail, to which I was never contacted back. I didnt receive a notice that my laptop was fixed and had to call them instead. Definitely disappointed with the lack of communication.
Didn’t try to diagnose issue. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. Hours listed on website don’t reflect actual hours available to drop or pick up.
