They dont give you the full information when they post a job. I called about a position in Hutto,Tx. I was told that since I dont live in or close to Hutto I cant work there even though I have transportation. I live in Austin, but according to Renee I cant be placed in Hutto.

My experience with Dulce, Jen, and Tony was very positive. They placed me at a distribution center for the holidays 2019. Everyone there is helpful and easy to get along with too. Employee Solutions doesnt waste their time or yours with meaningless questions. If you can do the job and meet the rules (past the drug test and background check), then youre good.

Very professional, they helped with job placement efficiently and quickly. I was moving from San Antonio to Round Rock and they secured a job for me prior to my move. They do check ins to see how everything is going. I highly recommend using this staffing agency for anyone who is in the job search. They found me a better job than i would of found myself.

Filled out the paperwork in like 20 minutes and they got a job lined up before I left the office.

***BEWARE*** Absolutely the worst place to work for. If you are on benefits make sure not to trust this place they will not give you any information of work verification (which will get your benefits cancelled). They use a 3rd party which charges $9.95 to your card for the verification (they say if an agency does it its free but you all know the State will not search for verification they leave it on you to provide it. I have not worked for this employment solutions for near 5 years, they can not find me in the Verifyes system and when you call all they can tell you is Check our website. Absolutely no help. Im a pretty clever individual and have a way of trying to maneuver around obstacles and barricades but talk about a brick friggin wall with these guys. Again, NO HELP!!Contacting BBB to see if I can file a complaint of some sort.

Renee is the worst person to deal with. She also talks about employees to other employees at functions. Just horrible these ppl are the worst and they do not want to see you working they just want to have a job I do not recommend them at all........

Ive heard bad things about this place, decided I would apply anyways. The people are cold and rushing you to hurry up and leave, so I almost finish the application, and I hear the ladies laughing about a applicant failing a drug test. I was not informed of any such test , nor was it anywhere in the paperwork. So I stop typing and ask them their drug test policy. She said everyone has to take one before any employment. I asked her why there was no mention of it, and she replied we dont hire addicts and looked me in my eyes. I told her that most likely 90% of her labor employees either drink alcohol or smoke marijuana and that she had no right to assume I do drugs because I ask about a drug test that isnt mentioned. She called me dumb, I laughed in her face and walked out. And it worked out, most companies dont want or need temp agencies, and i got hired somewhere I never thought I could (With a easily passed drug test) and now Im proud of what I do, I get paid well, and i dont get insulted by some lady who hates her job. Look elsewhere people, its worth the extra effort, trust me.

A unorganized employee agency, I felt that I was rushed to work for the client, not providing enough information such as the working environment, (fast paced), how big is the company, how many people are working there in the department, and not providing any time sheets before I worked for the client.

They take look at you n dont help youRude!!!!!

The women would rather talk to each other about things not related to the job than not caring or just say things to make you look like your dumb.

They mess your checks up, and very unorganized company!!
