I would highly recommend to get your phone fixed here! I shattered ( and I mean GONE) my entire screen until it was unusable and searched around for a good cost and service, and I can honestly say I got it here. Kevin was extremely responsive, friendly, and informative, as well as being quick as hell. He was flexible with my schedule and was absolutely the best cost! ICYMI Cellaris is INSIDE the Wallmart; Right up front near Customer Service. Enter the parking lot off of Red Bud to avoid the gas station and fast food traffic. Ask for Kevin, but all of the folks at Cellairis are attentive, professional, and their prices are more than affordable. No pressure, no sales pitch, just good honest business. One critique I do have: the phone release/information contract is painfully small making it awkward to legibly write on. 5 out of 5 stars!

I picked this place to work on my daughters phone since it had so many great reviews. Our first meeting went well, we dropped the phone off and 20 minutes later he called and let me know the battery was bad and that it could be replaced in another 15 ish minutes. When he called to let me know the repair was complete and I paid for the service and kept the old battery. Needless to say my daughter was extremely thankful and everything seemed fine, even hi fived the guy thinking “wow this was easy.”Until the next morning when we started experiencing the exact same issue. The phone wouldn’t charge and was dead. It was like nothing had been worked on. I called back today and he said set a time of 1:30 to meet to go over the phone again. Not a problem, until I waited in front of a locked store until 2pm. I called and they said that they would call when they arrived. So we ran the rest of our errands and no phone call. I called at 3:30 and the store was open. Okay, so this is where it starts getting odd. We drive back to the store and he immediately takes the old battery and put it on a charger and open the phone up for service. He kept looking at the old battery with a confused look and told me that there was a new issue.... the logic board is bad! This part is going to be an additional $125... Immediately I asked if the old battery was even the issue and he confirmed that it was now charging on the station. But it won’t charge in the phone...? At this point I’m feeling very skeptical and wondering why the battery was even replaced if the logic board was bad. After trying to make this point it gets very interesting and both of us are getting visibly upset. Even to the point that he was willing to cut the price down to reflect a discount for the battery. But that’s another $78 with other potential issues that may not have been troubleshot and he made it very clear he was not going to further diagnose. The issue simply wasn’t located when it should’ve been then put a “maybe” new battery in the phone that was charged and sent us on the way. At this point I had enough and just wanted the refund in which the entire time he called himself a professional while arguing with me over if he was even going to refund the money. I don’t write many reviews about businesses because I know anyone at any time can have an off day and reviews can be crippling. But this is about accountability and taking advantage of people who don’t have the technical know how to resolve these issues. At no point did this individual take any ownership of this and say, “I could’ve been wrong” let’s make this right. He was the professional and I was there to see him. Those are his words.Save yourself some time and headache, make an appointment and go to the Apple store.

I came in to fix my shattered screen and I came out disappointed because the quality of the new screen just look and felt cheap so I came for a refund but the guy told me he has a better quality screen and he will fix it for me for no charge and throw in a screen protector if I like it. I absolutely loved the new screen, it feels like the old iPhone and the color quality is good. He dealt cares about customer satisfaction and will do anything to make you happy. My phone was badly damaged after falling from my truck onto the highway, in as little as one hour he had my phone completely fixed in like new condition. Brought my iPhone 6+ that was completely shattered. Strait forward pricing. Most places like this you end up haggling and then left wondering if you got a good deal or if they suckered you into paying more than most other people do. So I was impressed that their prices were posted for everyone to see for your type of device. I love honest businesses that do this. Being transparent is something I value a lot. Technician quoted me that it would take about 20 minutes, so walked around for a while with my daughter, came back to wait and he was already done! He put a tempered glass screen protector on (which I guess is in the sale price). Didnt try to up-sale me on accessories. Then noticed my military ID when I handed him my debit card and he gave me a military discount! I always forget to ask places if they offer military/police/student discounts so Im glad he noticed. Over all Im just glad that my phone is back in working order. The best part is that it was hassle free, strait forward, and it wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be. Any screen cracking in the future and Ill be sure to come back here for sure. You cant beat services that you know will be good.

Took my phone in because of water damage (screen went black, but phone still made sound), and Kevin was able to fix the phone in just 1.5 hours and the price was very reasonable. Kevin was SUPER friendly and really seemed to know his stuff. He even took a part my phone in front of me to show me the parts/ what he was going to do, and also told me about an error a different repair company did. I cracked my iPhone 6 last wknd and took it to Monica at Cellairis. While their pricing is very competitive, I mentioned that I found a company that was a little less expensive. She said no problem, we can price match. After she verified the price by speaking to the other company, she honored the lower price. My phone was fixed within an hour, Monica was extremely helpful and Ill definitely return if I have any issues in the future.

I have been coming here almost 3 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. He’s located in the front of the Walmart. He’s beyond reasonably priced I’m very clumsy and crack my screens often so I’ve had a few experiences with this shop and it’s always great. After getting my screen repaired I literally dropped my phone down some steps and cracked it again 30 mins after leaving, I called the store and told the guy I cracked it again and Was coming back not blaming him or asking for free repair or discount he discounted the repair and threw in a screen protector. I cracked it again recently andToday 6/13/19 he hooked me up again. Trust he’s the goat.

Ive had multiple screens and batteries replaced here on phones and tablets. The repairs were fast and inexpensive. I would have given 5 stars except my wife asked me to remove a star or two because, on the most recent cell phone battery replacement, he accidentally broke the screen and fixed it for free (but charged us for a new screen protector) AND, when we got the phone back, we found that we couldnt connect to mobile service. We brought it back and he repaired (for free) the antennae that he apparently damaged or disconnected during the battery replacement (and the repair took more than 2 days). My wife didnt like that it took so long to get a working cell phone back. Im just happy that he was willing to fix it without charge or complaint. Bad experience for my wife but overall good experience as far as Im concerned.

I would shop around instead of assuming theyre the only option. CPR does a fantastic job as well. The managers act as children when being told something they dont like and tend to take things personally, also I was not informed when my device would be finished, I had to call them multiple times. They did an excellent job on my repair though, so keep that in mind when going to them as the customer service may have been sub par, but my device now works as it should.

I ordered two custom cell phone cases, one for my stepson and one for my boyfriends business. The cases came out amazing and my stepson LOVES his deadpool case! The staff were friendly and professional and when putting on the protective cover they explained everything they were doing and what to/not to do while the cover was setting. Will definitely come back here for all my custom case needs!
