One of the best business decision I have made was hiring Greg and TeamLogic IT.The hours I have gained back by having Greg and his team manage our IT services and field tech calls from my employees more than pays for itself every month. Gone are the days of googling email or other IT problems for 2-4 hours at a time so my team can stay productive or get back to work.I bought a company with about 30 employees 2+ years ago and after about 6 months of trying to fix every IT issue (printer not connecting, virus issue, network dropping, files being lost/corrupt, computers way past useful life, software inclulding quickbooks and Microsoft so old they were not supported, bootleg software, no remote access) I gave up and called Greg in. He was able to come up with a phased approach that has allowed my company to get up to date, secure and backed up while working within my budget constraints. Greg is confident enough to make the recommendation he feels is best for your business, humble enough to understand the constraints we run under and resourceful enough to find alternative solutions that still meet our needs when we have had budget vs needs issues.I believe in service and these guys are as good as it comes.
