Very quick response. Have been using them for almost 1 year now. Always on time, friendly, courteous, and do an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. also able to work around the occasional last minute scheduling issues. I cannot recommend them enough. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Personal Castles was there when we needed a last minute move out clean from our rental house. Weve now moved into our new home and are set up with bi-weekly cleans. The work is impeccable and doesnt compare to other cleaning companies weve used... not even close. The owner JC has been very responsive and accommodating to our familys needs. Would definitely recommend.

Personal castles does excellent work!! It’s hard to find trustworthy people these days and with personal castles you can put your complete trust in them knowing that the job will be done right. Its rare for me to post a review but I had to compliment JC and his staff. Ive only been using them for a few months but they have always been on time, professional and done a great job. Ive used several different cleaning services over the last few years and none were reliable. My friend recommended him to me and Im glad she did. One less thing to worry about.

Personal Castles did an amazing job cleaning my place for move out! They exceeded my expectations and I got my security deposit back from my apartment move out. I have a pet and the apartment looked and smelled like a pet never lived there. I am SO PLEASED with the services I received! Im putting my home on the market, and had been away for 2 months, so the house needed a deep scrub. These folks arrived early, stayed late, and gave my house a sparkle-shine cleaning that made it look showroom new! The staff is so personable and respectful and they work their butts off. This was my first time using professional cleaners. I had no idea what was a fair cost. Here is why that matters:I was finishing the last bits of my move the day they were there to clean. This meant I was able to see how dramatically they reversed time off the house I was moving out of.They did an outstanding job, as it would’ve taken me an entire day to do that by myself.The high-level attention to detail and the speed at which they completed the cleaning is what made the price I paid such a good value.I am now a firm believer in paying cleaners to come to the house every 6 to 8 weeks just to keep it in tiptop form. They go the extra mile and address the things I do not have the time or energy to attack as a single parent of two.So yes, I will definitely use Personal Castles again moving forward. 👍❤️🙌🍺

Jean Claude and his crew arrived 10-15 min early, greeted me and reviewed the deep cleaning and most importantly the disinfection services I requested. He suggested a few more options to really take advantage of my deep cleaning. From the time they got there to the time they left, Personal Castles had exceeded any and all of my expectations. The crew did an amazing job! I had tenants for 2.5 years who, quite honestly, did not clean/maintain the house during their lease. Personal Castles came over to give a move-out quote which included a deep clean of the house and all appliances/wall cleanings as well. They did an amazing job and I was astounded they got the house to a new condition and removed all dirt/smells. I would definitely recommend this company, especially as a landlord, for in-between tenant cleanings. I had no additional cleaning to do after they completed the job.Give them a call for a quote, you won’t regret it.

Personal Castles did an incredible job on a deep clean for me. After doing a whole home renovation I needed my house cleaned top to bottom to remove all the dust and dirt from the renovation. My house looked better than I could have expected once they were finished! I would highly recommend this company!

Looked for good net reviews and found Personal Castles and JC contacted me minutes after inquiry. Elderly mother needed deep clean of condo with an eye towards repeat service if satisfied. He discussed offerings and pricing was reasonable and competitive. They made availability at exactly our wanted date and time and JC accompanied Patricia for the the first walk through and punctual arrival. She was hard working the entire time, thorough and complete and handled Moms spaces with care and also thoughtfulness around antiques. We have already booked recurring service:) Highly recommend!

These guys are remarkable! I never write reviews, but was so blown away by the whole experience that I had to write a review. First off, Jean Claude is so easy to speak with and very responsive. I needed a move out clean done within a few days and he scheduled me in right away. Prices were very competitive and you can tell that they have been doing this for a long time. They come with all their own supplies and know how to clean fragile areas properly like my wood floors and marble countertops. When the workers were done, JC came for a walk through to ensure things were done properly. The cleaners were sweet and quick. This company was referred to me by a friend and I will definitely use their services again. No questions asked.

I have always been hesitant to hire people to clean my home, but I spoke with JC over the phone when I called personal castles and he really put me at ease. I decided to give them a try and not only did JC come to my house on the first visit to make sure everything was perfect, but the two ladies that came were so nice and professional. It’s been about a month now and I just had my third cleaning. They do a great job, I could not be happier. I also don’t usually take the time to do reviews like this but I’ve been so impressed with this company from the top down that I decided to type this up.

When I looked online for a house cleaner who did it all, I found awesome reviews for Personal Castles. I arranged for an estimate from JC and he had his crew at my home the following week to perform an extensive deep clean from light fixtures to baseboards, including windows and grout. My dirty house shone like a new penny when they were finished and JC was very responsive throughout with any questions or concerns I had. I am now signed up for bi-weekly service.
