Ive been going to Mr. Harold for my haircuts for over 6 years. Harold is the most professional and personal barber Ive ever had. I have a sporadic work schedule and so I love the fact that you can schedule your appointment online guaranteeing you a spot. You can also use different payment methods which is major plus since I dont always carry cash on me. Most importantly, youll develop a relationship with a barber that truly cares about the customer. All in all I would highly recommend using him to anyone in the Austin Greater area!

This man is a professional. He has an online scheduler to make it easy to book your appointment. He also respects your time, and sticks to his schedule, which I GREATLY appreciate. I can plan my haircut around other things I have going on, including work and be confident that Im not going to be waiting. He gives great haircuts, and has a good vibe. This is the barber you want.

A much underrated barber experience, is being able to get in and out of the barbershop. I’ve been getting cut by Harold for almost 2 years, and I’ve never had to wait or be in the chair all day. You can truly PLAN your entire day with Harold’s easy scheduling system. Truly top notch professionalism! Not to mention I ALWAYS leave with a fresh, clean haircut.

He did a great job on my hair. I do go to the barbershop for the vibe/convo which wasnt really there at the time. But overall, it was good. And he does have a card reader so you dont have to have cash.

Where do I start? Harold The Barber was recommended to me by a bearded brother. For 3 years now Ive had my beard butchered by every so-called barber shop in the Round Rock area. Theres videos on Youtube of perfect beard cuts, but nobody in the area that can do it right, at least I thought. Harold The Barber is the absolute Beard Guru. Hes a cool dude, great conversation, awesome shop, unbeatable prices and oh ya...he cuts hair too. This is a real barber college barber. Not some beautician with a barber pole outside, and trust me there is a difference. I highly recommend Harold for all you Barber needs, especially your beards. Absolute artist!

Had a really important presentation and needed to look the part, so I went on a search for a barber and found Harold. His website to schedule haircuts is simplistic to use and he is very timely. There is also another barber who is also great at his craft and he takes most of the walk-ins. Overall extremely pleased with my experience, the cut was nice and well priced. Thanks Harold.

This was the best haircut I have ever got, as soon as I got inside the building I was kindly told in what direction Harold was and when I got to him it felt as if I was in a entirely different place, the atmosphere was amazing, lots of positive vibes, and a few jokes every now and then, and I haven’t even gotten to the haircut. When I was seated Harold kindly asked for exactly what I wanted and made sure he know exactly what he was going to do, he made the haircut feel like it was only 5 minutes and before I knew it I was leaving the building looking fresh with a nice fade. If you are new to this area (like me) or you are trying out new barbers this is definitely the place to go, you will feel like you’re not even here just in a nice relaxing barbershop that has been kept really clean. It is also very cheap compared to other barbers that’s part of the reason I came others will charge 30+, and he only charged me 20 bucks, what he says is entirely true, this is a celebrity barber for not celebrity prices, he has cut many celebrity’s hair and when you go in and sit down you can see pictures of them with their nice haircuts, I would list some but you must go in to see for your self, if you need a haircut, lineup, or anything they do make a reservation now and go and get it, I may seem like I’m ranting on now but that’s just how amazing this place was, thanks Harold next time I come here I will definitely get a haircut. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Hands down the best in the business as far as Im concerned. Looked online for a barber, and there are many in the area, but his site caught my attention like no other. No frills, just an invite to a chill location to get the job done right. The sharpest cut Ive ever had in my life! Ive been going to Harold for a few months now and will continue to get my hair maintained by this gentleman. I also have a gnarly beard but this man trims it up like a champ. Harold is the best barber I have encountered in the Austin area and trust me I have tried plenty. He is extremely professional and courtesy. I admire his ambition and drive as well. He works by appointment only and when you show up, you are in the chair. No waiting around like in many other barber shops. The environment is very clean and very well maintained. Some people in the service industry at least have the decency to hang up their phone while “servicing” a client. Evidently, not here. Did not care about anything but his call and moving on to his next client. Won’t come back. A “complimentary haircut” does not make up for a bad experience.

Really sweet and knowledgable. They were understanding when we showed up late to our appointment and still were able to get done what we asked, without making us feel rushed or like we were just a number to them. Andrew was very patient with my son that is traumatized of getting haircuts with clippers. He worked really well with him and made him feel very comfortable.

First and last time we come to him. Very nice Man, but he did cut my sons eyebrow. 😭 I didnt notice until we had left. We were the last customers.Was not a big fan with the cuts. 😬

Excellent barber. I’m very particular about my fade, edge up, and beard line. Being new to the city, I’d been searching for a permanent barber since I moved here. Going from barber to barber and never being completely happy with the cut and/or the overall experience. Finally found the right one with Harold. He’s precise and pays attention to detail, but at the same time, he’s efficient. That’s a rare combination. The only thing I regret is not finding him sooner. Ive been going to Harold for years. Hes always professional, on time and haircuts are on point.I never have to wait when I show up to my appointments. I love the hot towel and razor cut, I come out looking clean and feeling like a new man every time. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my cuts because with Harold I knowthat everytime i leave his chair im looking fresh and I dont ever have to worry about a bad or so-so hair cut.

If your looking for a good hair cut he may not be the best option he is kinda mediocre. My hairline was mess up in two area. Didn’t really look like he took his job serious but if you just need a hair cut and don’t mind errors he can do it.

I want to start this by stating how extremely pleased I am that Harold actually listened to what I ask for. I had an 8:30am as well as a 9:00am today. First I will rate The King Signature (Hair Cut & Razor Line) I asked for a simple clean up due to growing out top of my hair for braids. We went with a 1 for the fade and the razor for the edge up and wow, it didn’t take hours. In fact Harold is very proficient in his field of expertise. Due to his experience as well as service skills he was able to get it right! I have been actually working to get a new barber for almost two years, and I can finally say that I found my barber! I am going to be scheduling for every-two weeks if possible! As far as his customer service skills I give him a A+. To go into a private barber shop where he is welcoming you when you enter his space let’s you know there is a human connection between client and barber! To have actual motivation speaker Dr. Eric Thomas in the background and jazz music just made me know I was in the right place. Harold is soft spoken and makes you feel comfortable even if your a new client. Due to his amazing personality and outlook on life and being able to due what I asked he has made me change my perspective on barbers altogether! I want to personally say thank you! Now onto my Hot Rock massage on the neck and shoulder line. It was greatly needed and wow it took knots out that I have not been able to get for almost two years! Also had me feeling super relaxed and ready to take on the adventures the day has bestowed upon me! The temperature with the stones was perfect not too hot not too cold. Was not an uncomfortable feeling either, most men feel it can be out of the ordinary. I want to tell you treat yourself it’s worth the extra 5 to 10 min. Harold thank you again for a pleasant and amazing experience I will definitely be coming back!

I have to share my story. Did my research for barbers in the area. Harold the Barbers website caught my attention so I walked in for service. I was asked had I already made an appointment and I told the gentlemen no, I had not. He replied with the Maam, Im truly booked today and so on. I shared Id been driving around in the parking lot area unable to find your location and when I called, no one picked up.He apologized for my misfortune, pauses then says to me Maam I do not like to have my regular customers waiting, still I may have some free time 10 min after 7. Mind you its 5:30. I decide to wait. As I sit back and relax I begin to realize this is no ordinary shop. I notice the floors are this rich deep mohagonany and the chairs are chase lounges, the young man sitting across from me I thought was a customer but when the client stands up from the barberchair the young man jumped up grabbed his dustpan and broom, swept up the hair clippings and moves over to the corner were this automatic vacuumed emptied any traces of hair or dust.I was f#%%$#$$ speechless, their low key jazz coming from the sound system and the two flat screens above my head our both showing CNN. The client who had just received his haircut swipes his card with the POS stationed on the wall. Someone asks me if Id like a beverage? A beverage I repeat in my mind, never to repeat my thoughts outloud. They go on to say, we have bottled waters, juices? Possibly wine?Its then I stand up. I shudder bc Im speechless and I say Howard?? Umm listen. I want to follow your protocol, let me go ahead and make the appointment. He quickly shuts me down and says. Your good, I got you but Im not sure if he followed where I was coming from. This is not a barbershop. Too easy, this is....... an experience. An experience many of us have thought about but never on this level. To be in this chosen enviornment one does not want to screw this up. If its rules you have? Its these rules I will abide by to receive this special service. Mind you. I didnt have to show Harold the picture. He told me which number blade he was using against my scalp then proceeded. And!!!And!!! I was out of his chair less than 12 min.When I asked how much I was looking to pay the man 30 bucks and tip him on top of that. But he shared the normal price. Ive been going to the beauty salon since I was a little girl, within the past 6yrs I now visit a barber. My ENTIRE life. Ive NEVER encountered such class, professionalism, cleanliness, upstanding service from anyone that looks like me when it comes to my hair. This is a movement Harold the Barber has going on and this boutique is NOT for everyone. Harold the Barber is about his business. Now I have to break the news to my original barber that I have to leave him. Smh. .... Its an awkward conversation but I cannot live a lie. Im sorry but youve been replaced.

A little disappointed the last time I went in. He normally does a good job but had a bad attitude on this day. He was probably having a bad day because the hair cut was uneven as opposed to previous 2 times I have visited. Not sure I want to go back.
