I called to inquire about services and whoever is spoke to was extremely rude.

Was really shocked with the service I received from Mel, she’s very personable and sweet.. I’ve followed her for a while and has emailed asking about her expertise with hair color and matching ability.. well, I walked in with blonde highlights and lowlights.. expecting to have colors matches pretty closely.. $250.00 later ( I have short not even to my shoulders) and my hair looked much darker than it did before . I said it was really dark and not what I wanted or expected.. to which she said she could work on it in about two weeks to bring my blonde back.. yeah that’s going to be my last visit ..Advertising as a master colorist should mean someone has the ability to match or come close to a match in color.. not change it and make you look dingy or tired.Learned a lesson !

I visited Melissas salon today and received the best cut and style I have ever had. I am so glad that I made the appointment and cant wait to bring my baby daughter to her for her first haircut someday soon!
