Went to this office and they were not open as office hours showed. Called corporate for help and they gave me the round rock location number to which no one answered and mailbox was full so not even able to leave a message. Staff failed to have us sign the proper documents TWICE resulting in cancellation of policy.

Went in and Georgina and nallely helped me figure out mistakes in my policy from other agents , they went over everything and resolved the issue in a matter of 15 minutes Very pleased with the customer service and knowledgeable information that was given to me today .

Jean is my go-to representative! He helped me renew my existing policy and take a payment. I ended buying a new car the same day and he guided me through the entire process and answered all of my questions for a different full coverage policy. He was able to send my refund request through for the old policy. I appreciate his recommendations for the best policies that fit my needs and I will continue to work with him.

Hello, I have insured with your company Freeway Insurance since october 2017. My billing date is 6th of every month. On june 1st I have signed a cancellation document in freeway office which is located at 602 McNeil Rd Ste 104, Round Rock, TX 78681.*********** They forgot to submit my cancellation document, and I got charged for $75 ************When I went back for my refund they said to come on monday because, their partner company which has charged the money is closed on sat.On monday I went back in the morning they are asking for the proof of giving my vehicle to my brother, by making an affidavit.I have cancelled my policy because im moving out of texas, and i gave my vehicle to my brother. I dont have time for this. I have insured with Statefarm and Allstate before but, they never treated me like this before.you guys behave so friendly when someone wants to make a policy with you. and you guys are irresponsible when someone wants to cancel the policy .I just left with $7 bucks.submitting proofs and sending them to verify and issuing the check and cashing it. all this process takes more than 20 days. how guys think someone can survive with $7bucks???

Heard AD on the Radio Advertising Freeway Insurance. So I thought why not great Insurance why not try it auto insurance through freeway. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!! BEWARE FREEWAY WILL NOT BE WHO YOU PURCHASE FROM!

The employees are rude, you go and they get talking on the phone and they do not take care of you and they can never help you at all, they put in the robot of employees and not those rude people.
