Been with Allstate for 12 years, with Andrew for 10 and have ZERO complaints. Have had a few claims through them without any headaches. Andrew has consistently worked with us to keep the best rates with the best coverage for our family, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Even though we moved further from his office, we refuse to switch agents.

Allstate and Andrew Norris agency has been a nightmare. Glad we learned this before switching cars and homeowners policies. Paid for policy in advance, then after 6 months we receive cancellation notice for non payment. Agent says it is due to paperwork, yet they cant get the issue resolved. spent 2 months trying to get this resolved with corporate, and now no one will return my calls. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Buyer beware.

It doesn’t allow for 0 stars. I have never had a worst experience for insurance. I had all my vehicles and houses under allstate. I have had 1 phone call with ANDREW my “agent” since the claim over 30 days ago. It was supposed to be a fixed vehicle fender bender, no airbags. Instead allstate sent a 3rd party to total out the vehicle and claim it was only worth 9500 salvage, therefore repairs being more made it total loss. This way they don’t lose anything! They just steal the car and fix /sell it and 0 loss! This 3rd party guy tried to bully me into releasing the car and tried to make it seem like I was winning with this ONLY option. Called ANDREW and he felt genuinely “concerned” this didn’t sound right, he proceeds to confirm this and calls me back to then say , “yea sorry it’s totaled”, I am at day 34 still no car or resolution since I refuse to take it like everyone else. I hired my own 3rd party and now it turns out the car is valued much much higher, but since I am personally paying the storage daily fee, they have made me wait an additional 14days since I invoked my right to a fair valuation , basically punishing me for not allowing allstate and their cronies to steal my car from me .

I have really enjoyed my time with this agency. Great group of people! =)

Biggest tool in the shed. Lies about rates and sells policies that are not in the customers best interest. Find someone else.
