Brian did an excellent job on my 2-years-old laptop that needed new screen glass, digitizer and hinges after surviving a fall. He was able to put it all together in such a neat way that no one would ever guessed what this comp went thru. Brian gave me an estimate on spot, and called me a few days later with an updated estimate (which was just slightly higher than the original one) to confirm I want to proceed with the repair. We talked about 10 days timeframe, but Brian finished the work in half that time!Great quality, very reasonable price, responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

Laptop computer wasnt charging. Brought it in thinking the charging port was fried and would cost $100s to fix. Computer Fix found out it was just a bad memory card, saved my laptop for under $100! Great work!

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job restoring my ASUS laptop after my failed attempt for a system restore. I literally cannot say enough great things about Computer Fix and the staff. Everyone there was very personable versus being seen as another dollar sign. I did not feel like I was being sold anything at any point, and everything done was what was needed to be done to repair my laptop. An extra perk was having reputable free antiviral and anti-malware added at no extra charge to prevent future issues. The availability for a follow up, if something was not as expected after fixing of my laptop, was amazing as well. I highly recommend them for any and all computer/laptop issues!

I brought my daughters laptop in because her headphones broke in the earphone jack. I attempted the YouTube fixes and made it worse. They were able to remove the jack so she could hear through the speakers again. I will definitely come back to them if I have issues again.

What an awesome company!! My daughters cell phone was broken on both the front screen and the back cover. Kim took it apart, replaced both screens and put it back together. Kim wasnt happy with how some of the buttons were working, so she took it apart again, replaced 1 small button and put it back together again - and it works perfectly. She really went over and above to make sure it was good as new, not just good enough. And she stayed late on a Saturday so my teenager could get her phone back.I highly recommend That Computer Chick if you need it fixed right, not just working.Sorta makes me want to break my phone...

I would highly recommend Computer Fix! My computer just decided to quit one morning and even though it was not fixable they set me up with an affordable refurbished desktop immediately. Not only did they transfer my data and pull all my applications over, absolutely everything else is exactly as it was before! I cant even tell the difference between the new and old computer.. They are lifesavers. My hard drive died at the worst time. They saved my data and got me up and running with a new computer. When that one ended up with a problem that was difficult to fix, they stuck with it, fixed it and made sure to explain everything in non-specialist terms. Very easy to work with, no impenetrable tech-speak or condescension. Kind, cheerful and persistent in tracking down the problems and fixing them. Their rates are very reasonable, as well.

The best young ladies to work with! very professional and work very well together. As DJ early in the game (4-5yrs) I was very unprepared and only had one external hard drive and gave out on me after 3 years of use. They were able recover all my material from my external hard drive that Best Buy Geek Squad said couldnt be done. Very affordable and really saved me from a nightmare that ran into. My gym BodyJump Fitness is across the street from Computer Fix. I was having computer issues with our software that hooks up our heart rate monitor system. I unpluged the computer ran it across the street and told Brian the issue I am having and is their anyway you can help me? My class is going to start in an hour and I need this repaired before them. Brian instantly dropped what he was doing and got my computer running in less then 10 minutes and even allowed me to borrow a keyboard free of charge til I bring in the device Saturday for a full diagnostic. Customer service is everyrhing and Brian displayed that on my first visit. I highly recommend this place for all your electeonics wants and needs!!!!

There is one word that aptly describes the ensuing repair experience: Unbelievable! … And I mean that in a very good way.My five-year-old laptop computer needed a new fan, which I had purchased through Amazon on the Internet. I took the fan to Kim and asked for a quote to install it into my computer. Unlike her nearby competitor’s quote, she gave me a reasonable (and firm) price and the promise of a quick turnaround. I accepted and handed my computer to her.However, things did not go as planned. The mislabeled fan was the wrong size, and even worse, during the attempted installation, the motherboard also failed. Kim has a policy of going to any reasonable length to ensure her customers satisfaction, so she told me that she would search the Internet for a replacement motherboard and fan.Searching the Internet for several days, she first found a full replacement for my computer, but she would not accept it because of its poor condition. Continuing to search, she found another computer which was virtually new; its price was extraordinarily good. Kim ordered the replacement computer, had it sent overnight express, and then began the process of transferring my hard drive to the new computer. She also had to install a new operating system. The final result was a perfectly operating, virtually new computer.Next came the discussion about price. I was braced for the worst, thinking that new internal parts plus labor charges might well exceed the cost of a new computer. To my amazement, she charged only her cost of parts plus a labor charge that was lower than her quote for replacing my fan.In over 40 years of shopping experience, I have never experienced any vendor willing to do so much to ensure my satisfaction. She is a small business owner who really cares about her customers, as is demonstrated by her extraordinarily great customer service. Without hesitation, I highly recommend her for anyones computer repair service.
