I was sent to this location by someone who has close dealing with one of the mechanics that work on the property. The owner is highly disrespectful and unprofessional, he talked over me, hung up on me, after stating he gave me the number to the mechanic the day before(2nd day the 20th the 1st encounter 01.19.20). On the 2nd day he have a nice day me off the phone after I asked why he was being so hustle, being he didnt give the information to the mechanic the 1st day, he over talked me and said he did and then proceeded hang up in mid conversation. I then call the number back that called me the day before to have had the conversation go in the same direction...then he have a nice day me off the phone. Then literally two minutes after the call was disconnected he text me the mechanic information and another unprofessional text message.

Shaun is awesome! We had to leave a review here and on Yelp because we are so pleased. He helped me get the car I wanted and worked with me through difficulties during the pandemic to get everything in order. Thank you Shaun and SMZ auto!

I went to the dealership and Cindy and Shaun are both very nice people even offered to get me an Uber ride from on of his personal friends. The experience has been great so far and I have not even purchased the car yet. I will be back tomorrow to hopefully close the deal!

Worst dealership i’ve ever been to. Dont even bother going to this car junkyard. Called the place 2 times with two different numbers to confirm my appointment and see a 2014 civic they had listed. When i showed up there was cars packed everywhere and no place for customers to park. Not to mention there was around 20 stray cats all over and inside the dealership. Was told the car had a clean title and no accident, but when i drove the car it had a terrible knocking noise when the car would move or brake. The owner then insisted it was only rust that would break off if i kept driving it. The owner was also rude and interrupting everything i had to say about the car with bs to try to get me interested in it. I wouldn’t ever want to give these shady people my money, and they need to be visited by animal control.

This place looks like a junkyard. All the cars here have bad body work done. Online pics looks good but in person looks super horrible

This is my second car purchase with SMZ. They have been very helpful each time to get me approved for a car loan. Shaun is very determined and will always go the extra mile to assist his customers while helping them get the car they want. I am very pleased with my new purchase and highly recommend SMZ dealership.

I bought a car from SMZ about a month ago. They let my mechanic look at it before I bought it. They helped me with financing. They took care of the paperwork. Super easy! The car is perfect! I had such bad experiences at other dealers trying to take advantage of me and charge me too much or sell me vehicles with obvious problems. This place never tried any of that! They were up front and honest.

Do Not BUY Anything from this car lot!! The owner Mr Shaun is a crook. I bought a 2011 CLS 550 Mercedes and didn’t have the car for a week before the back suspension went out. I called the owner and he acted like he was going to make it right but he never did. I had to call the bank to stop payment on the loan . Shaun was Furious that I stopped the payment and said he was going to pick the car up and fix it but instead pick it up and told me there’s no refund and that he didn’t want to do the deal anymore. I lost out on 6000 dollars down payment that I’m still fighting in civil court. please Don’t waste your Money or time with these No good people . I read the reviews before I went and went against the information that was provided please don’t make the same mistake!!!!!!!!

Before I go to SMZ I been to different dealerships to buy my car, carsales people was too pushy and prices to high. But at SMZ sale person Jimmy was very nice and helpful and price was wonderful and I purchased my car and I have my title before 30 days I will tell all my friends to go buy car from SMZ.

We bought a car at their house, the mirror was bad, they promised to order a new one for me, and we didnt have a spare tire and tools in the car we bought. They also promised to be ready in a week. Let me go to the store, but I have been waiting for two weeks and they always perfuse me. I cant drive out without a mirror, its too dangerous. They are too reputable. Every time I call to consult my mirror, when they can arrive, they always let me wait for the phone, and I will turn off the phone without saying it, which is too rude!Latest supplement：I bought a used car at SMZ Auto Imports on October 4th at 10775 Houze Rd, Roswell, GA 30076. At that time, the cars mirror was damaged and the boss promised to order a good mirror for me within a week. But I didnt give me a reply after waiting for two weeks. During this time, I called the boss to ask questions about the mirror. They always said that they would reply to me. But without a mirror I cant drive it, it would be dangerous. And every time I called and didnt finish talking, they hang up, I think its rude. Later they informed me to take the mirror, I went a total of three times. Every time I go because the model is wrong, or the color is wrong, they are not very rigorous. My home is far away from their company. It takes an hour to drive. They are wasting my time. After one month, my mirror was installed. It was too dangerous to drive to the SMA company this month. Within a month after buying the car, I found that there was a problem with the CVT I bought. I went to Nissan to consult if I needed a new one for $3,500. I think SMA should take responsibility and they have problems with the car they sold to me. But the boss is particularly rude, he said that the car has nothing to do with him now. I said I want to return the car. Later he said that he could repair but needed me to pay, and I also had to pay the wages of the workers of their company. I am very angry with his attitude and the result of solving the problem. They should guarantee the quality of the product before selling any products. Later, I queried online about the car and found that the car had been returned once in the past, indicating that the company knew that the car was problematic. They are deceiving consumers.I hope that everyone will not be deceived. This is really a painful experience.

This place is AWFUL. I went to go look at a 2013 Honda Civic, and was impressed at the pricing at first, it drove beautifully. So I agreed to hold a deposit down (which the salesman stated was refundable, should it not pass my mechanics inspection). Jimmy, the salesman, said that it had never been in an accident, Carfax showed otherwise. The back wheel is bent, the shocks are pretty much trash, and the alignment is WAY off!!! I told him AND the owner of this CHEAP establishment that I was no longer interested and that I wanted the $300 deposit back. I called the owner and he YELLED at me over the phone saying that it was not refundable as well as other false statements . I am currently fighting with them to get my money back. This dealership is ran by cheap and LOUSY people with no respect for their clientele. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and and I have been going to SMZ and dealing with Mr. Shaun Moshiri for the past 3 years and my husband bought a 2009 BMW M3 in mint condition... I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 over this summer in August, also in perfect condition. I dont know why these people are giving him a bad review, but they are highly mistaken by Mr. Mosiris business. So please disregard all of these rude and negative comments.

We found our perfect starter car, lowes miles, ran good and the inside in great condition.The only problem with me being a first time auto loanee...and having not so good credit from a credit card misuse I couldnt be accepted for a loan by my bank.They have me in house financing anyways. He interest rate was way higher than I wanted to pay but Jimmy was helpful.I recommend this place. With good or bad credit they will get you into a car.Mahalo

Before doing business with these people do yourself a favor and run a complete background check on them and their employees.My family just had a very costly situation happen in dealing with them, and their alleged employees.My daughter recently took her BMW 750 to them at 10775 Houze Rd Roswell to get a very small( very small) dent and a few scratches on her trunk repaired. The individual working on their property introduced himself as Aundre D. Jones. My daughter and he went over the car, discussing cost and length of time. Mr. jones told her that it would take four days and the date the car would be available for pickup. On Monday,she went to SMZ to pick her car up, it was not done and what was worse is the car paint was scratched all over the entire car, 200 additional miles were on the odometer, a full tank of gas was used, and one of the rims had been curbed severely. Mr. Jones told my daughter to go ahead and take her car and bring it back Thursday and he would finish it, and he told her that before taking the car she needed to pay in full the cost of the work. In order to get her car she paid him. She returned on Thursday and Mr Jones was no where to be found. Many calls were put forth to his number, but could never get an answer. My daughter got with the owner of SMZ, Mr Mushiri and his assistant Phillip and they both said that Mr Jones didnt work for them, he only did jobs for their (SMZ) customers on their property and felt no liability on the situation. After calling both of these parties numerous times and getting no return calls, it was decided to take the car to another shop and contact our attorney. We presently waiting on the car to be finished before going forth on this manner.. A word to the wise BUYER BEWARE

I have never had such an issue!! I met with guy named milad who said he would help me get a car.I met him at a Starbucks and he said we can get car from auction cheaper.I found a car and bid 2100,later he said owner wanted 3400 and I explained all I had was 2500.he said hed financed with no interest. So I agreed.BIG MISTAKE! !! Got to action and car was crappy.should have left then but I agreed to get so I lived up to my end.now after a year,milad doesnt work there ,and now shawn owner want to charge finances charged,late fees,when I made payments on time ,they wouldnt take out till weeks later,now want to charge for it.Ive asked 12 times for my balance and can not get reply.all shawn says us need payment.I been trying for 3 months to pay car off and can not get any answer.they buy these cars from actions dirt cheap and sells them triple price.I sat and seen myself.milad Delano is a scam dont buy from them!!!!

They dont inform your about the cars not having emissions, and you have do to your tags, so if the cel comes on before you receive the title or the dmv have any notice u have bought the vehicle YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, estay away from them ,SHADY PEOPLE.

I purchased a vehicle from smz auto import in roswell ga and it has been 5 months and counting and i still have not received my title. The law states that you should get your title within 30 days. It has been 5 months and counting. The owner continues to lie over and over agin. I am getting an attorney.
