I wanted to rent a chairlift for my mother who was visiting us for a few weeks. Access Elevator provided me various options to choose from and we agreed on a very reasonable price. Very customer friendly. They work around your needs and schedule and provide different cost options to suit your budget. Shout out to Ron who came to install our chair lift. He put in his time with all attention to detail for excellent service.

I am so incredibly thankful for finding Access Elevator. They came to my rescue literally. My Dads stair lift that we purchased else where, suddenly stopped working, which was tragic, as he is 81 and depends on the lift to move around the two stories of his home. Jake the service tech was dispatched quickly. He was able to install two new batteries, and also discovered the charger for the unit had also stopped working. Access was able to order the new part, Jake was sent back out to intall and noted that there was an electrical short in the wiring of the stair lift. Jake came out the very next day, he spent two additional hours tracing the problem, located it, and repaired the wiring! He did not charge my Dad for an additional service call. Jake is Amazing!!! He was very kind and patient with my Dad, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He even called a half hour before showing up to my Dads house to let him know he was on the way each time he came out. Suzie in the Access office, who answered when I called, was so personable and helpful to me.She helped keep the ball rolling and see that my Dads issue with his lift was resolved with lightning speed!
