Bought a computer from a friend... Its one of those stories But, Matt was able to help me in a day to set up everything from checking the cables to getting it running to figuring out the Graphics card was busted and was able to show and offer one at an affordable cost for a replacement.

Called in the AM, was told to bring in my desktop to check out. Took it in and he repaired it, replacing a ram section, in approx 45 minutes. Was fairly charged for his time and a replacement ram.

Matt is a super sharp and highly skilled IT Network Administrator. What takes others hours, he figures out and resolves in minutes in most cases. Night or day, Matt will respond to emergency support needs without fail. Along with being exceptionally competent, Matt is a very nice guy and has a genuine passion for helping others.

Matt Brady has been my IT guy since 2010 when I started my business. I would jokingly text him MAYDAY! MAYDAY! And he would come to the rescue. I’m a portrait photographer and he has helped with data recovery, PC customizations, and all sorts of modifications to optimize my PC for my work! He is extremely responsive, will work both onsite and remotely no matter the hour and is always the first “expert” I consult when it is time to upgrade or purchase additional software or hardware. I recently brought my IMac computer in to Tech Mayday because it kept freezing. Matt diagnosed the problem and thought he had fixed the issue. Unfortunately, it continued to freeze once it was brought home. He wanted to look at it again at no cost. He found the issue, ran diagnostics for several days and we picked it up. This is the place to go. As a former technician I could tell that Matt knows his computers inside and out. His rates were reasonable and the work was done quickly.

We brought in our laptop today to check that no malware remained after it was hijacked by a scammer. David ran a very thorough check and eliminated all threats, leaving us much relieved. He patiently answered all our questions and explained how we could best protect ourselves from future problems. The price was very reasonable and the service was great.

Excellent customer service and the tech was amazing. He updated the bios on my mother board, he installed my 1050 ti, and he even threw in some more memory. He was very friendly and got it all done within an hour. I would recommend this business to anyone and definitely will give them a call for my pc needs.

Having moved from Los Angeles, to Salem and then to Roseburg having access to a good tech shop used be easy. Having moved to Roseburg, there arent very many around. Having Tech Mayday near by is amazing. They assisted in diagnosing the problem I had with my recent gaming rig. They were able to identify the issue and test all my other parts to ensure the MOBO didnt fry my other components. They are nice little shop in downtown, Roseburg. They were very courteous and were great to take pictures of the issues they found while they worked on my rig. I glad I have a clean and no BS tech shop that assist in my tech hardware issues. Keep up the good work fellas.
