Very long wait time. Shipping and receiving is a hot mess. Not due to the ladies that do their best upfront. Be weary of the switch operators. They drive around blind to the other drivers in the yard. The office all the way on the east side of yard.

You have a 50/50 chance of leaving in a timely matter. Last time I was here, it took 15 hours to unload my trailer, and it was about half full.

Loading times vary... sometimes you wait 30 min to get loaded... others 15 hours. Ladies at desk have gotten better with social skills.

I picked up in a sprinter here. They loaded me very fast, but I had to wait an hour for paperwork. One of the shipping ladies was rude, the other one was nice.

Very bad place to pickup the load 2nd shift lady are so rude maybe its take you more then 24 hrs to pickup load

Slow terrible people.Don’t care for anyone but themself.Avoid if u can.7 hours after appt,trailer not empty.

Worst place for pick up or delivery,avoid don’t waste your time here.

Slow loading and unloading . Ladys not very helpful at the window

Extremely slow loading for otr drivers bring food and be prepared to lose 4-5 hours on the unload
