Please don’t take load for this guys, Dispatches from this place, unprofessional, uneducated rude person, don’t remember all the person from dispatch but yes Celeste Mendoza is one of those people!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This place is an absolute joke. Nothing but rude, uneducated and unprofessional people working in dispatch. They blame the customers for their drivers mistakes.

The guy who delivers my pallets is always so pleasant and helpful

Went through a hiring process for part-time dock position since the beginning was very unprofessional and the advertisement lied, advertisements $17 an hour but when I get there the guy told me its only 1550 an hour, (since this was a part-time job I did not mind) guy who interviewed me only talk to me for five minutes before they said theyre going to move on with the hiring process. I got a call a week later Saying I have to come to an orientation that was only held in a time frame I can not attend and I am told the guy that interviewed me was supposed to go over the timing of the orientation with me when I met him. While waiting for this process to get to the orientation scheduling I had to turn down two different jobs now I learned I should not have done that.I always thought UPS was a very professional place to work for but boy have I been proven wrong. Will never try to work for a UPS Freight location again.

Horrible experience. They do not ever answer, even when leaving multiple voicemails. My package has been there for two weeks and no one is calling us back. Very disappointed. I do not even know what to do at this point because I cannot get a hold of someone.

Great customer service ,people are nice and helpful but you have to change the hours of operation, they are not open 24/7 like it says on google

Delivery no call no show. Called customer service and was told delivery was attempted and that I was not here and that they would re-attempt delivery on the following Monday. I scheduled this delivery two days in advance and waited through the entire delivery window with my door open waiting for the delivery. Attempted multiple times to get in contact with the terminal to find out what was going on and was put on eternal hold all three times until the system defaulted back to their automated system.

Went for a job interview. Seems like a very nice place to work.Excellent interviewer

UPS Freight is the worst. Never was notified that shipment was classified as a rural area and they only head there once a week. Would have been nice to know before they have my shipment at their terminal. Would give -5 stars if I could. I will use USF Holland from here on out.By the way - I had to give 1 star just to be able to post.Saginaw MI terminal - delivery to East Tawas.

Every time we schedule an LTL shipment with them they miss the pickup and just move it to the following day without any notice. How many weeks in advance do you need to schedule with this company? Then while trying to figure out the reason why they put you on hold for 15 minutes and never return to the call. When we schedule a pickup we need it to go out the day requested, not the following day.

Got my shipment all in tact in a orderly fashio. Staff were great

Not friendly place here...dispatch rarely answer the phone, people here don’t care for anything or anyone, extremely stressful place to work, unless you are taking Prozac, don’t work here.

I called and scheduled a delivery for 5/18, its 5/20 and they said they lost my package!!! The people on the phone communicate very unprofessionally!! Avoid this company at all costs

Very poor, had to pick up the package from their facility because they cant deliver after I get off work (4pm). Went to pick it up and sat and waited for an hour for them to find 4 boxes! Completely ridiculous.

IM IN A SO CALLED RURAL AREA AND THEY ONLY DELIVER ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS, WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT. SINCE WHEN IS BEING LOCATED 40 MILE NORTH OF THE DETROIT, MI. A RURAL AREA. I WILL CHECK WITH MY SHIPPER BEFORE I HAVE ANY PARTS SHIPPED FREIGHT AND BE SURE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Consistently attempts to deliver packages outside of apartment complex clubhouse hours; necessitating arranging other delivery or pickup options. What is the point of a parcel delivery service that doesnt deliver?
