Very disappointing, pulled a USPS label to send to 3rd party. USPS never received, completely poor ethics and theft. Read other comments...I tried to find phone no. to call. Only get corporate and in Arizona not MI. 1/2 tempted to drive the 2 hours to talk to management...I want my package. It was a wedding gift from international friend.

Easy in and out. Door is towards the end. Doesn’t have shipping and receiving on it. Dumpsters are in front of the door.

I was wait on a package and when it was delivered, I didnt get a knock on my door or a text/call. Just left my package downstair for anyone to pick it up!!! Irresponsible!!

Couldnt agree more with ALL of the negative reviews for DHL -- which has proven itself inept (for this customer) from the USA all the way to Australia (and other points in-between)! The Romulus site as well! Im no longer surprised that a certain Orange President did so well in this state. Intelligence and good work habits walk hand in hand; and it would follow that bad work habits, etc. ...

Worst business in American History! !!!! Their mission statement is a joke because nothing they say they live up to. I have had multiple packages lost, extremely late delivered, and no help from them at all. As of right now I have a package still in Ohio that should have been delivered Saturday. They have left me on hold for 30min and I’m still holding. This isn’t the first, nor the second time they have done this. Even with me ordering products early they still never arrive on time which reflects on my business. As a business owner I know what it means to not only honor your mission statement but to make sure you go above and beyond for your customers. They have no idea what Excellence. Simply Delivered means ........😡😣

Wasting my time to wait for my package, it didn’t delivery on time, and then second day it says my address is incorrect which used for long time in other delivery companies. Now my package seems will be delay for many days.

Stop with the duty fees like what is wrong with you?
