Had my two front windows tinted and a brow installed on my 2018 Tiguan. Customer service experience was fantastic from calling to make my appointment to getting cashed out after the tints were installed. The price matched other tint shops in the Syracuse area, but the quality and speed of the workmanship definitely sets custom creations apart from anyone else in the area. Tints were installed perfectly with no air bubbles, and the interior was exactly how I left it. This shop is nearly an hour from my house and given the experience I had here its worth the drive for me.

All of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. the only reason why I didnt give them a 5-star was because the requested job couldnt be done because of the quality of product I asked to install. they did remove it and charge a small fee for the time that they took. everything was done well they were very respectful and I am 100% going back to get four other things installed on my car from them. they gave great suggestions on what to buy to replace the lighting strips that I did purchase so that I can get the effect that I want for my car. they seemed very open to working with me in the future and to doing some different custom work

After pricing a popular car starter business in new Hartford, I called this business. Greeted friendly on the phone, given price for my installation at least $100 cheaper for car starter. The guys were professional and quick! Had my car done well before I could’ve imagined and they are top notch professionals. Will be back for running boards on my vehicle after this wonderful experience. Worth the short drive for me.

Brought truck in for window tinting , backup camera installation and new stereo install. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance to give them time to get the parts needed for my particular vehicle which they did not do. They called me at end of day to say the tinting was done but the parts would be a week for the stereo . They were supposed to call me when the parts came in and 6 weeks later havent heard a word from them . They focus on remote start installs and anything else feels like a nuisance job at least to me . Wouldnt go there again.

Went to get my windows on my Jeep. I walked next door to Dunkin Donuts and got a cup of coffee. Didnt get a chance to finish it and my Jeep was done! They did a great job and quick! Highly recommended Custom Creations!

The guy should have said on the phone it was first come first serve we made an appointment for two cars at 9 and we had to wait. We would have gotten there earlier. It wasn’t a long wait though. They were very friendly. I did not want dark tint he said he opened the lesser dark and it ended up being the darker..... ugh I just toke it I didn’t want to have to wait longer it’s been months. So there are some bubbles on the windows which he said that it has to settle. I will wait the couple of days and we will see. He said to call if it doesn’t. I feel confident that they will take care of it if it doesn’t settle . I needed to walk back in to ask if I was OK to put down my windows as in the past I had to wait when giving me my keys and paying this is something that he should’ve mentioned at that time I could have ruined my windows. Overall the experience was ok And I will follow up and let you know what happens with the bubbles *****update I forgot to update but yes the bubbles to go away

I went to upgrade my starter. The owner was super helpful. I told him what I needed and he showed me the best buy for my money. He didn’t try to up-sell me which I really appreciated. The staff was really nice and the service was quick.

Needed window tint taken off for an inspection, and they did it super quick. Awesome guys.

Although work was done well and in timely manner. It is totally unprofessional to lie to customer about legality of tint to be put on sedan. They put 5% tint when by state law its 70%. This car will not pass inspection now. And will be a target now by police and a lot of potential fines. Unnecessary, they were asked whats the darkest tint that can be legally put on car. Their response was as long as all windows are done its legal. We look at professionals to do a job that is not only good and done in timely manner (which this was) but also legal. I understand businesses lost a lot of customers during the covid 19 pandemic but a lot of us lost our jobs and chose this business to do some work (to help a local business) in desperate times. Not very professional or morally right. This needs to be corrected.

I have had Custom Creations install a lift in my Wrangler, swap rims and tires, apply graphics, tint windows, changed out the headlights to LED Halos and most recently they installed a high lift jack on my hood. Everything they have done has been excellent. I highly recommend them for anything you need done.

Have all my vehicles tinted here and everyone I know that wants tint I make sure they go to them. Never have had issues. They are the best in the business HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tinted windows was given estimate when I called for appointment got exactly what I had asked for when making the appointment but ended up being 30/40 dollars cheaper than the estimate... I also sat at the store while they finished the tinting, they got it right in and right out in a timely manner... very respectful and courteous workers... NO COMPLAINTS

These guys are fantastic! They have worked on multiple vehicles for us. Multiple custom stickers and vinyl wraps. Tint on probably 8 of my personal vehicles sound systems in multiple trucks. Mikey and his team are hands down the best in the area!

Had to buy a new remote for my car starter. They were super helpful and patient. They had to order a replacement and only charged $20 for it. The new remote works with no issues, if I have any future improvements on my car I will definitely be coming back and do highly suggest that others should do the same.

I have to replace the exhaust on my Tacoma and wanted to go with an aftermarket piece rather than stock. So I called, custom creations. After a few clicks on the computer I was told that they didnt have access to any aftermarket exhausts for my truck. Really? CUSTOM Creations and you cant get an exhuast for a common vehicle? Smh.Back to amazon.
