Last time i went my nails were 25$ and very long. the lady who did mine today did not ask before cutting them. my nails are crooked. there are black specks in my nails. she cut my skin. i was literally crying while she was doing my nails. and she charges me 50$. i asked for this (picture below) length and all. and got this (picture below)

I love to get my pedicure. But my feet and legs or so sensitive. It hurts when I get my legs massaged and my feet are very sensitive on the bottom. So after I explained to the sweetlady she didnt have a problem. She knew how to help me get the best out of the pedicure with out discomfort and she did a great job. And the nails look fabulousThank you.

After having my leg broke from a severe motorcycle accident and months of being not able to leave my house, I was finally able to get some pampering done. The pedicure and massage made my leg feel so awesome. Thank Ruby Nails. I’ve been using Christy for years and would never go to another salon. Awesome staff and great service.

A couple weeks ago me and my daughters were getting our nails done. The nail salon was about to close and she was telling the workers to hurry up. The owner was being so rude to us and She wasn’t be professional at all. When you have a business you have to be nice and sweet and professional and also be patient and be Not rude. she could of been patient with us and ofc I was going to pay her. I will not be returning here ever. The workers were sweet and nice but not the owner.

This place is way to expensive to not receive all of the treatments when you get a deluxe pedicure. On top of that the lady was fairly new and had no ideal what she was doing. Not professional to argue with the customer. The customer is always right.

This is My roomie and I second time getting our nails done. Place is always clean and busy. Customer service is awesome. Holly does my nails and Hugh does my roomies. Both are very sweet and thoughtful. They really roll out the red carpet and I cannot wait to get my Toes done.. Get ready Holly thats next on my agenda.. Came to ruby nails for a pedicure. I have 3 kids 2 of them were so quiet playing on their iPads but my little one was just a little fussy towards the mid of my pedicure the owner you can tell it was the owner she came to me literally and asked if my husband couldn’t take my son out the salon until I get done. No one in the salon complained. She’s the only one with the problem. Being a mom of 3 and I know there are plenty of moms out there have had a bad experience with being in an area not kid welcome and it’s so sad to realize a mom cannot go and be welcomed at this nail salon. Never ever will I go back there. The owner kept looking at me from up to down. Very rude and unprofessional

I went in for a fill in, got gel polish and it started chipping within a couple days. The owner was super sweet, she let me come in and get a free polish change. She was very nice about it and took great care of my nails. She didnt just repolish my nails but she filed them and buffed them. They will always get my service!

The have clean utensils and their massages feel the best one ladie massaged my foot and they were so sore after Omg it was the best

Ruby nails is very friendly and clean. Probably the cleanest salon I have been to in Rome, and I have tried many. They are quick but a little quicker than needed. I appreciate being able to come in and get seen quickly; however, my gel nails always seem to be a little inconsistent. I find the sides of my nails wont always have polish and the shape is not always straight. But all in all, I continue to go back because these imperfections are not enough to have me go somewhere else.

I came here a few weeks back & i guess the head lady or manager did my nails she did a bad job on keeping my all my nails the same length and she rushed everythinggggg! That was terrible , she didn’t completely get all my nails she left the sides or edges of my nails completely unpainted , my nails weren’t completely painted ! & then she charged me way too much for some simple nails , with that money I could’ve gotten a manicure & pedicure somewhere else AND with better looking nails. Needless to say they’ve lost a customer because I will never return here again, terrible customer service.

Left Ivy nails to come here and I wasnt disappointed at all. They say my mother and I almost immediately. The ladies were nice and helpful! Price are average. Nothing to complain about here. Love this place!

They do a really good job with pedicures and cleanliness. However, every time I have tried to get my lashes done here the 1 person that can do them is either not here or she does not have time. That sucks because I am a great tipper and I really wanted the job done. Well guest she’ll never find out.So I tried to come here again and I will never return. It seems this establishment prefers to cater to other patrons more than those such as myself. One of the technicians literally rolled her eyes when I walked in and requested a service. This place is not for me and I will take my money elsewhere.

Came here to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day. They were not busy at all but the nail job was extremely rushed. My nails were filed uneven and the paint job is terrible and bumpy. First time here and will not be returning

I walked in and was asked what I needed done by one of the ladies there. After letting her know that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, I sat and waited as she proceeded to work on another customer’s nails. After about 20 minutes, she signaled for me to come to the back. Here’s where the problem starts:As I’m walking I saw the lady at the sink, as she had supposedly “washed” her hands, but instead was a quick rinse and dry. Once she came in the small room where they do waxing, I asked politely if she didn’t mind washing her hands for me. She said “I did already.” Instead of me telling her that she “didn’t wash them good enough”, I asked if she would wash them again for me. After she pretty much refused to wash her hands for me, (after I just sat and watched her work on another customer’s nails for 20 minutes, barely wash her hands and then think she was going to put her hands all over my face), I told her she could keep her services, that I’d go elsewhere.

There are many nail salons in Rome. This is the best because they are always nice and customer service is what they focus on. Highly recommended.

A little but of a wait. asked if I could get hands and feet done when k walked on. end up only getting my nails done because wait was too long.

One of the ladies here is RUDE! She had an attitude towards me and a few others that walked in. She didn’t speak the best English, and it was hard to understand her, but don’t dare ask her again what she said, because she will roll her eyes at you and have a disgusting attitude. She didn’t greet us when we walked in. She just said to us, “What do you need?” With a disgusting look on her face. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else. I used to love having my nails done here but the last time I went done it for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother in law and I came here to get a pedicure. I was told this was a child friendly place. Well my daughters got fussy and we put on a song for them and they settled down. A rude lady (another customer) complained about my children being there and a worker asked us to either leave or us have a pedicure one at a time and the other sit in the car with them due to their presence bothering this one customer. We will not ever be back at this facility. Horrible customer service. Never ask a mother to leave her kids in the car.

It was HORRIBLE!! Acrylic is all over my fingers. They are NOT nice. They charge TAXES!! I waited an hour, and the guy doing my nails didnt know what he was DOING AT ALL!!!! I DO NOT suggest going at all!!!!

HOLLY is the BEST

Hands down the best nail salon in NWGA. When I go other places, my pedicure chips within the week. Christy and her staff are top notch. There are lots of fun options on the pedi menu, and the couple of extra dollars for deluxe treatments are worth every penny.

I spoke too soon when I gave a good review before. Though I like how the nails look, every time I have been here a nail has broken or completely popped off within a week. This is the 3rd time this has happened. They will fix the broken nail for free but when I wanted to get the rest filled to make sure they dont come off as well they tried to charge me $5 more than the normal fill in price. They said because they have to do thicker acrylic....but if my nails are breaking every time I come in here they obviously arent using the right thickness to begin with and i should not be charged extra for their mistake. I have never had a nail break at any other salon. Also, while waiting, another woman came in saying her nail broke.Will not be back again.
