This company holds very poor representation by many of their staff members. The Melbourne, FL location does not have many reviews but out of the few reviews they do have, it is all 1-star reviews. This indicates that it is a company issue because here Ive been contacted (while in Melbourne) by Heather Peek all the way from the Rolling Meadows, IL location about a job that I had applied for within Melbourne. She emailed me asking if I had time to speak about the role. I gave her a slew of time slots and then she failed to contact me during ANY of those allotted time frames. She left a phone number in her signature of the email, so I did try it and I got her voicemail. It has been more than 24 hours, yet I have heard nothing. Why bother emailing me with intent to talk if that really wasnt your plan? Not professional. AT ALL. Honestly, this stretches a bit beyond poor representation of Acara Solutions. This does give recruiters a bad bad rep. It makes job seekers such as myself less willing to reach out to any recruitment agency. This is a common theme (judging from other reviews) that sets a very low standard and expectation.

Acara & I got off to a great start during the first few weeks. Beyond that, as I encountered some challenges with the client, Acara basically disappeared. My rep stopped responding to me, to the point that I could not get the support I needed to continue my employment. Also my final paycheck was missing a promised pay raise. So Acara barely gets 2 stars, due to lack of essential follow-through.

Great company and atmosphere.The recruiters are friendly and really try to get people in the best job possible especially Theresa Lowe.Just been great to work with
