If you need a nail salon this is your place. I didnt get her name but shes very gentle and did exactly what I wanted. Very clean place as well, will definitely go back when Im back that way!

I went in to get short gel acrylics done. Which was done fabulously. He did a wonderful job on the shape and everything. I was and am very happy with my nails. I did NOT get length or any type of design because I knew I did NOT have the money to cover it I came in expecting to spend 35-40$ (including a $5 tip) since their prices are listed as 30-35$. When I was finished and went to pay I handed “T” my card and without one word she charged me $48. (No tip included) I was shocked and upset bc she looked at my nails before ringing me up and seen I got NOTHING fancy. I reluctantly signed the receipt and left without being able to even leave a tip for the man who did such an amazing job on my nails. I should have said something right then and there but I didn’t wanna raise a fuss since I was in a hurry and she ALREADY had ran my card 🤦🏻‍♀️ All in all I was happy with what I got but I could have gotten longer more detailed nails somewhere else for the same price or less. My sister took me here and we had pedicures and manicures. Lucky did my mani and pedi and he massaged my feet and legs so well I almost fell asleep. He also has a great sense of humor. I really love the way my toes nails and fingernails turned out. Thank you Te (I hope that I spelled your name right) and Lucky! They are very nice people. My fingernails are Cat Eye.

Went in yesterday with my friends for a pedi. The lady who filed my feet was way to hard! This is a spot on my heel she rubbed raw. My friends feet are exactly the same. My polish is not that great either, I paid extra for gel and I can still see my nails there the polish. Definitely wont be back.

Me and my partner had made an appointment for a gel mani/pedi and a gel pedi. The place wasn’t the cleanest/sanitary and I was quoted a lower price over the phone and when it was time to pay it was way over what was quoted and for the quality of service. We won’t be returning.

Very nice and on time for my appointment! Sadly I wanted a small design for my graduation which they were not able to do. So if you want designs this place may not be for you, but I still ended up with good nails. I do think the pricing is fishy, just because mine were 55 and my friends were 35 and we both didn’t get anything complicated. The prices are also not shown anywhere.

Took my two daughters there around 4 pm, went in told the lady they both wanted nails and paint, she said 45 min wait so they waited, I came back an hour later and they were still waiting, so the old guy takes my 13 year old and starts doing her nails, so we wait another hour and they are still doing the 13 year olds nails and havent even started the 17 year olds nails and they close at 6, needless to say we waited 3 hours for only one of my daughters to get there nails done!! And they werent even done that well! She had acrylic all over her fingers and nails werent great for taking three hours! I dont recommend this place

I tried to come here a few days ago to get a set done. I called in advance and made an appointment. When I came in, the lady I spoke with said she wouldn’t service me and that she was too busy (there was only one customer there and I had made the appointment prior to showing up). I wouldn’t recommend going here because you’ll just waste gas money to be turned down. You lost a good tipper 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tina and Lucky are amazing!! The atmosphere was very relaxing, with music playing in the background. Both of them are hilarious and hold a great conversation. I took my little girl to get a full set and I got a fill. They are reasonable in price and you are actually paying for your nails to look amazing. I will most definitely be going back to them every time. I highly recommend both of them.

Called ahead and asked a price got there asked if that was the right price, payed it and as I was walking out the door she wanted me to pay double.Asked for a fade she said she couldnt do it. Wanted sparkles they couldnt do it. Asked for sparkle tips which is advertised on the window she said she couldnt do it.Had to have them redo 3 of my nails because they didnt get clear coat on part of my nail. I have gel polish on my skin. To top it off the lady was rude and cranky.

I love it, good quality my nail never looks so good before. It was nice and quiet very relaxing. And Ive already recommended it to my friends. Its really a nice place to come get your nails done

Long waiting times and waiting for service to be complete. Salon doesnt really like having to do nail art, unless you give advance notice, or made prior appointment. We came in with an idea and shown photos, but she was discouraged and we had to wait 2 hours to get our 1 toe nail painted. My nails arent even, what I wanted, because she didnt want to do my design. Which she again gave the whole, make an appointment and say you want nail design, takes to much time. Staff were somewhat courteous, just over booked and kept accepting clients. Which I watched 3 appointments walk out after waiting an hour. Upset they made an appointment but still waiting an hour. Understandable. I guess call ahead and ask if they are busy, before walking in. if not, you can arrive and their are chairs full, be prepared to wait awhile.OH BRING CASH, or theyll charge you $3 more for debit. But we got over charged, regardless. So ask what pricing is, previous to services... then youll see how things change when done. I was quoted 45, for gel pedi.. but then it was 65? Even after being there 4, YES FOUR HOURS, made appointment at 12, left there at 4pm... they couldve at least given a discount for us having to wait 2 hours in the pedi bowl to get nails painted. 💅

My second time going there I thought I wouldI give them another chance And will never go there again man did my nailsi seen he did good work.but he seemed Ill consatly running to bathroom.I felt bad for him and lady they call T is rude and didnt even do full Mani on my daughter my naild broke as soon I got home place is dirty dont go here avoid it then she charged me 10$ because I used my debit card to to pay pefi was not even close to what most places do

I walked in and before I could open my mouth a woman in what I thought was a rude voice said we can’t help you! I asked if I could wait and she said no very abruptly! The other patrons all looked because of the rudeness displayed! She didn’t offer me to come back or anything. I was so humiliated and embarrassed that I made up my mind to never ever revisit this establishment! Every time I am in Rolla I get upset whenever I drive by this shop! Very unprofessional and nasty!

The lady that did my nails did a very good job but if you are looking for designs this is not the place.

I made an appointment at 2:30. I showed up on time, but didn’t get started until 4. It was absolutely ridiculous and I had places I hadto be. I finally said something to her around 4 and she finally got started on them. In the end they were decent nails and she did the shape and everything I wanted.

She did an awesome job on my nails, she took her time and made sure she did them the way I wanted them. I recommend this place for anyone who wants their nails done right. And the price is good.

I waited for an hour to be seated then they put the tips on then I sat for another hour with sharp tips on my nails and ended up cutting myself. I’m the end I ended up in here for 3 1/2 hours and was late for work cause they kept helping new customers instead of finishing up on me. Bad day gone even worse!! Wont go here again.

The person who did my nails was very polite and if I wanted something changed he was very patient and was happy to help me decide on a color that would match the best from a photo. Over all experience I thought was great!

When I first arrived I waited over 10 minutes before being addressed by the workers. Once it was my turn they sat me and a lady that came in after me down for a pedicure. They did the lady after me nails before mine even though I had been waiting over 15 minutes longer for one then she had. I was placed in a dirty chair that hadn’t been wipped down from the last pedicure and had to wait another 20 mins. While waiting another lady came in and asked for her acrylic nails to be soaked off so she can get new ones put on and they told her to just “pop” them off because soaking would take to long. Completely unacceptable. I have never been in such a terrible salon.

Very pleasant to work with the gentleman. He was kind and made sure I was happy with the French tip manicure I received.

Thuy was AMAZING.I’m from Utah and have an amazing nail tech there whose work is unparalleled. She unfortunately was out sick for my appointment, so their newest employee filled in for her. She was very sweet but she botched my nails. I had them done last Monday, and one of my nails popped off about two days ago - less than a week of wear time! The others were incredibly lumpy, the polish overlapped my cuticles, and the acrylic was too thick. Normally I wouldn’t mind, as I know everyone has to gain experience somewhere, but I wanted my nails to look flawless for engagement pictures (yay!).I was able to get an appointment scheduled this afternoon, which was awesome. I didn’t have any growth between the acrylic and my cuticles, but Thuy was still able to remove the polish, thin out the acrylic, and reshape them without ever slicing into my skin. She was amazingly gentle, quick, and understanding. I love the way my nails look and feel now, and I’ll be flaunting my ring with pride!

Did not have a good experience!!! Had to wait over an hour when it was suppose to be 45 mins. Then didnt even get the design done right.

I wish I could give 0 stars...customer service is horrible, used dirty tools, left me at the pedi chair for over 40 minutes until i got up and walked out.

First Id like to say the staff is very nice. We called to get a Sunday appointment for two pedicures. The pedicure felt like a child was doing it. She took her time, ( like 2 hours ). which was relaxing however, none of my rough skin on my heel was removed. Nor around my toes. The gel paint is nice. It was 55 for a man and woman to get a pedicure but plus another 35 for gel. Usually I pay 40 for a great pedicure and gel. Unfortunaley, that place was not open today.They do not use hot towels or flip flops here. I just fell like the service didnt qualify an $85 dollar fee. And I feel like I need another one already. My feet do not feel fresh or clean. But the paint is pretty!

They did an amazing job on mine and my daughters nails. I love them and definitely will come back. My new favorite place.

I am here in the area working..needing a refill..came to this nail shop..the staff was rude. I was told I could not not be serviced that they were too busy..what a joke..the shop was not full..oh and did I mention that I am black..African American. Oh my gosh I dont even know why I tried to keep getting my nails done in St. Robert. This is the best service I have ever had. I would recommend setting an appointment, but they make you feel important and like youre family. They take their time, and do it right. You definitely arent a number here.

The older gentleman here was super thorough in making sure my nails were perfect. I have never had prettier nails! They wanted to make sure I left with great nails for my birthday and I enjoyed that they took their time and did NOT rush! Will be back for all my needs.

My nails looked great, the man was very kind, and they took me as a walk in so thats the reason for the two stars, as Im appreciative. However, the lady was not exactly kind, it took 2 hours (in the chair the whole time), and they refused to give me the dip I wanted, even though they had the supplies, insisting Id like the acrylics better. They also charged me $15 to take my polish off. All told, it was over $50 for what I normally pay $30 to get done. That made me disappointed.

The staff was very nice! We walked right in and picked what we wanted. I recommend this salon 10/10!!!

Im not sure of the mans name who did my nails today but I was highly impressed by his attention to detail. First thing he said to me was he was going to make my nails look beautiful sexy. He took his time and it turned out so well. When I pointed out that one of them needed trimmed and he didnt get annoyed with me like others would have. He said, thank you, 4 eyes are better than 2. My friend got hers done by someone else at the same time and she finished in half the time and they did not turn out good. I wish I knew the mans name so I could be sure and ask for him next time!

I had a very good experience today at this nail salon. The gentleman that did my nails was very nice and precise in how he completed my gel polish and toes. I could tell he cared about the quality of his work. And it shows. I went home and even did a little yard work and my nails are still perfect. Thank you Rolla Nails and Spa!

Made an appointment for 3:30, they called me to reschedule till 4:30 because they were running behind. I walked in only seen 2 employees. Never in my life did i go to a salon with only 2 nail techs.. Waited there for an hour till the lady finally asked me what i wanted done at 5:20ish.. Told her what i wanted and she said they dont have the tools and products to do the look.. I was already irritated.. Mind you i give birth in 2 weeks and was already so uncomfortable from sitting there waiting forever.. She did my nails took almost 2-3 more hours, got told it was gonna be 43$, when i stood up to pay she told me it costs 75$.. I only had 80$ on me so i told her to just keep it.. I shouldve never done that.. 2 of my nails broke 2 days after i just got them done!! Never going here again!!!! I highly recommend you to save your money and go somewhere else.

I went in for an Ombre nail art and at first everything was fine then one of the ladies kept telling the lady I was talking to she couldnt do this and couldnt do that only solid color, no I cant do a fade color, couldnt even do a tape off of the nail. Literally every design option to want me to do solid color. I will never go here nor will I recommend this place.

We went here after reading the great reviews. The man was friendly and greeted us. However, our experience was not very good, unfortunately. We paid for two pedicures. My daughter had to sit, with her feet in the empty foot bowl, for about 15-20 minutes with no water, while the lady worked on my feet. We were the only ones in there getting pedicures, so they weren’t busy! I finally asked her to please put water in her bowl so she could soak while she waited. The lady tech was not friendly. We felt rushed, awkward, and uncomfortable. She did a great polish color on my toes. The pedicure chairs were comfortable. We won’t go back though!

Got my nails done and when she was almost done she told me the price of what it was and not very clear. Will NEVER come here again. I spent 50$ on nails and an attitude. Was going to get my eyebrows done here and when i asked what the. Price would be shesaid they were too bushy and werent waxed before and was going to shaege me a 14$. Never again!!

Was charged 45$ for dip on my natural nails. Had dip on my nails when I got there and she literally ripped them of my nails. Filed them for maybe 10 seconds. Not one nail is the same length nor shape. Every nail is is lumpy And 2 days after she did them 4 of my nails have cracked all the way across and have fallen off. I will never spend my money there again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Overpriced for the quality of work. I spent 40 dollars on nails that didn’t last more than 2 weeks. None of my nails were filed in the same shape and the powder came out super clumpy. Was super disappointed with what I left with. Will never be going back again.

This is the best pedicure place I have ever been to in Rolla. The staff is friendly and professional. They really know what they are doing. I will never go anywhere else in Rolla. My feet never felt so good, and fixing them was a real challenge, believe me. Check it out. I would give it ten stars if I could!

The reason this place has reviews of 5 stars is because the workers tell every customer as they walk in rate us 5 stars on google. Its actually like they know this place is awful. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! My sister and I walk in and there are only two other customers and the employees acted like they would get us right in. After an hour of waiting, they finally begin taking off my previous polish, and then did check back in for another half hour. They also did a really poor job taking off my previous polish, it is still visible all over my fingers. I hadnt chosen my color because I was never given the option. While I was sitting there, the lady began cutting another customers nails, and her fingernails were getting in my clothes. I had to pick a strangers nails out of my clothes. Disgusting. I tell the woman I want hot pink, and then she proceeded to paint without letting me check the color. Then on my sister, the man begins to paint and up and skipped one of her fingers. The whole experience took over 2 hours and the workers paid very little attention to the customers. It is safe to say that we will never return.
