Bunch of crooks . Steer clear if these people . Rude and unprofessional . Poor service. Junky cars that are falling apart. Yet they want 8000 dollars for something worth 2500 . I was not the customer a good friend of mine was .

Car Solutions 4 U is by far the best place to get a vehicle. They worked with me, not against me. I was having a very bad morning because of another place. I went to Car Solutions 4 U after that and was treated like family. I highly recommend this place if you need a car. Customer service is absolutely amazing!!! I will never go anywhere else.

They sold me a rusted out truck trying to cover the rust with rhino line. Less than 2 months into having the vehicle my frame cracked in half at the bed line on both sides(which can be lethal). I was given little to no compensation for any of having to haul from work 6.5 hours away and they offered a downgrade and a truck that was rusted out just as bad if not worse(just like every other truck on the lot that they tried to put fender covers over, 6/6 trucks currently on their lot are covered in rust, they buy death traps off copart from up north and put people into contracts at MSRP. RUN.

Very nice staff and a grate place to get a good vehicle for your family. The staff will work with you to find you what you are looking for to make you happy with your perches. I dont have anything thing bad to say about anyone there. Im very blessed to say my husband and I have gotten many vehicles through them and have been happy with everyone of them and then when we needed something else all we had to do was go talk to them and they would work there magic and get us in a new vehicle. Worst place to buy a car I bought a veloster from them a little over a year ago already had to put new coil packs spark plugs and now the turbo just went out mind you this car only has 73,000 miles and now I have to put 2000.00 dollars in it plus the 500 dollar a month payments

I bought a car today and I was amazed with how cheap down payments were and monthly payments are not to bad either. Out of all the buy here pay here lots this one hands down is cheaper with better quality cars. Also you get free oil changes & sales tax paid. Im telling you these people are great they explain everything to you and answer all questions. And everything was done so quick Im beyond happy with everything about this place. Hi. My name is Sandra. I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Car Solutions. They worked with me on my first car. Then I bought 2006 Town and Country Chrysler Van. And now I have purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta one owner and they was able to get me approved through Arkansas Federal Credit Union. My payments dropped dow by over $100 monthly from what I was paying on the van. I made a call and Brianna got the call. I told her I wanted to trade it and wanted a smaller vehicle better gas mileage and I wanted it as soon as they could find me one if they didnt have any on the lot. Brianna told me to let her see how many should could help me with. She asked if she could call me back after she checked out what would be what I would like. Plus she got with Tim to see how they could help me out in lower payments with 3 year warranty. And make me happy and help economical wise since Im on limited income. Well she went far and beyond and called me back to get there cause she found a beautiful low mileage one owner bank financing car. Color I wanted and love interior and drives great . My sissy took me to test drive it cause her and I was hanging out together so was in her car. Arrived and took it for a nice test drive. Picked up my son and we 3 took it for a good test drive. When we returned we inside to Brianna and told her I loved it and ready to get the paper work done. Within a total of 45minutes to an hour I was approved and started paperwork and I had my insurance transferred to the car and Brianna kept me updated on getting paperwork done so we discuss it it was a go, Tim came in and said are you ready to get it done and drive off in my new car. God had a hand in this. Because Brianna worked in getting me approved to get me a car again. Tim was right with her. When you have a vehicle lot that has employee that pushes to make sure she finds what you want and need and make sure Im happy. Well Brianna is the one to see and overall everyone is great there but no one at that time knew what I really wanted. Brianna rocks. So does Tim. Thanks for helping me get what I wanted. One of their customer toll bill came to my address as he stayed in that home before me. I thought it was mine and don’t want to add more penalty and paid it. I realized later it was not mine and spoke to them in person and submitted the proofs for that. It’s been 4 weeks and they never let me talk to person who is looking into it. It’s been more than 6 times I called them about this issue and I never have an update About the status so far. It’s 50$ toll I paid for their customer and they don’t care anything about it.

We usually shy away from buy here pay here lots. Theyre great if youve got credit issues, but the interest rates tend to be high if you have decent credit. Jim and Jimmy Fields were wonderful to work with, and they got us competitive rates at a credit union. This is a wonderful dealer, regardless of your credit situation. I would highly recommend it.

Eric made me feel comfortable from the beginning. At no point did I feel pressured into anything I was uncomfortable with, he was very friendly and helpful, and it was not a long, drawn-out ordeal. From start to finish took about two hours to include the test drive. Eric listened to my needs and concerns, and made sure that both the car and the deal were right for me, giving me space to discuss with my boyfriend when I needed it.

Very little communication. Made verbal promises about $2500 balloon at the end of contract being refinancable. Get to that point and now they need either the $2500 within 30 days or they are taking the car back. They said tried to contact and sent letters that were never received. They were however able to call us 5 times to ask if we were ready to trade out car back in for another 3 year lease. Literally only care about the money. Do your self a favor and go get a real used car from a private owner.

I went to car solutions to purchase a vehicle as I was under the impression from what site advertised, that credit checks were not required as it is a buy here pay here establishment and they helped you regardless of your credit history. I gathered all my necessary documents and went down there only to be told that they did check my credit report and informed me they could not help me. They then proceeded to tell me that they do not use your credit score but look at your delinquencies. That is the same as running a credit check. I believe that if your running a business as a buy here pay here establishment, credit checks are not a requirement for purchase. I gave it one star...simply because the gentleman who helped was very courteous. I find their advertisement misleading and let it be a warning for other potential buyers with bad credit to steer clear. If they do in fact use your credit as a tool to buy/lease a vehicle then in fact it is not a buy here pay here establishment it is a dealership with the same requirements as any other.

I have a car through this company and they are very nice and they worked with us on the down payment and tagged it for us right in the office while we were filling our paper work and they do credit check I would recommended this company to anyone.

They took advantage of our situation and sold us a car that left us stranded.
