This place is pretty awesome. You get great deals online, then go to this huge warehouse and find your winning bids. Be prepared to spend a while hunting on your first visit.

This place is crazy! This is the storage/warehouse location for picking up online auction items. First of all do your research and only bid on items you are sure you want. If you are bidding on a big item or something where details or measurements are really important go see the item before bidding. All purchases are final with no returns.When picking up items be prepared for a few things: 1) you must print your invoice! 2) you must know your bidder number 3) you must have photo ID 4) you are fully responsible for picking up and loading your items - the staff will NOT help you in any way! (You might find a nice, helpful, fellow customer but probably not a guarantee)!When you arrive you must sign in and then check your invoice for the items location. Grab a cart if it is a large item then go hunting for your item. There are lettered and numbered aisles but there are also some items that are in bays around the side and some that are along the walls. Once you find the right section your item will be numbered and buried somewhere in that section - start digging for it! The items are basically in numbered order but be prepared that your item may be under numerous other heaving items you will have to move. Good luck!

You bid, you win, you pick up. The items could be organized so much better, you cant get the cart down the aisle if you needed to. Please put some time in and organize it a little bit better.

This place is borderline crooked. Dont believe their descriptions! The photos of the actual items have now morphed into photos of the closed box, not the item. Over the past few months, their newest thing is that when they owe a bidder money, they are not refunding it until the bidder returns to the location & takes them to task about it, often having to return more than once, and the bidder better have the photo of the form they fill out, cause there are no copies any more. Bottom line, you can get deals here. But unless you play their game very very carefully, you will get screwed here!

Waste of money!!! BidFTA is a rip off, my wife bought two items on bidfta an elliptical and a metal bunk bed. The elliptical was damaged and missing parts, and since it was an open box you can’t get a refund even though you show them it is broken on the spot. The box for the bed was closed and after getting it home we only had half the bed, and since it was considered open box we can’t get a refund either. So now we just have junk laying around that we paid for that will go into the landfill. Don’t waste your money on this site trying to save a buck will only cost you more later.Only reason it got a star was because the workers are nice.

I have purchased two gaming headsets from this place now. The reason for the one star review is that online they claim to list any noticible issues with the items. However this is not true or they have terrible employees. Both headsets I have bought were open box items and that is fine and I wouldnt be as upset of they had pics of the items outside of the box online. Neither of the headsets had mics but in the description it never once mentioned this and one didnt have a mic and had its wires cut. To me these are noticible issues with the items yet they failed to describe that online. Thank you for wasting my money and my time. Rant over

Half is broken, wrong item or just plain lost. Staff does more visiting than working.UPDATE it has greatly improved lately. Im getting better quality and their descriptions are better. Staff is getting more attentive also.
