They canceled my root canal appointment without giving a call or a text, just nothing. Even though I told them I have to request off weeks in advance. I work in EMS and it’s hard to get days off especially with the pandemic. I definitely will not be going back

Well I called this dentist office when I had no where else to go for my mouth dilemma. I needed to see a doctor quick because I had an emergency. The people was so friendly and willingly to help me feelSome relief. I meet a sweet employee their name Dania and she was so gentle and compassionate with me. She made sure I was taking care of. Even the doctor was superb. I would definitely recommend them to fix your mouth and teeth needs I walked out feeling so much better.

Well I took my son to the dentist off today, because he was In so much pain. Omg they was so patient with him it took 7 of them to help get one tooth out. The whole staff is amazing. They talked him through every step and tried everything until that tooth was gone. I recommend any and everybody with kids like my son or any family member to take they family here. They are all great with everything and the work is excellent

I love coming to Comprehensive Dental in rocky mount. Everyone makes you feel welcome. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile behind the mask and fast service. They are very informative and detailed oriented. They explain everything throughly and to top it off they provide you with a treatment plan which provided you with the breakdown of services needed and your copay after insurance. Overall great service, warm and safe environment.

Tuesday October 13, 2020 was my very first visit to Comprehensive Dental Center. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I was well pleased with the dental care rendered. Im glad my daughter recommended me to Comprehensive. The young lady that did my cleansing was very thorough. She had a great spirit. Dr. Singleton made me feel at home and I can hardly wait for my next visit!!!

My experience today has been great with Dr.Colson & Dental Assistant Wayne, Wayne made sure to break everything down for me when it came to my procedure and what I need to do after. The hospitality from everyone here is always good because they treat you like family. I really appreciate Wayne for making sure I was in good hands and keeping a check on me while the medicine was working on me, I highly recommend Comprehensive Dental to anyone that needs any dental work done.

My daughters appt was a my 9am. She was numbed and it took them to 1013am to come back in room. Procedure was done at 1025. This office can do better with scheduling. Wayne was very nice and assured my daughter everything wouldbe fine. Im considering leaving the practice after years here because of wait times.

I recently visited for a cleaning for my children and myself. They made my children feel at ease. It was my son’s first time. They were very friendly and professional. I also had to have a bridge put in. They were very considerate and professional. I definitely have a dentist for life.

Thankful for my experience with Dr. Richardson and Wayne. They were both kind , knowledgeable, patient and paid attention to every detail which made me feel safe at the dentist!

Every single time Im here I have to wait an hour or more past my scheduled time and its just always an inconvenience. I was here once before waiting for 3 ½ hours in the waiting area. This place over schedules people. Today will be my last visit. If it wasnt something so important I wouldnt even be sitting here waiting. Currently I have been waiting an hour and 15 mins to be seen.

My father needed a dentist and needed some dental work. He retired, so dental insurance changed and he was struggling to find a dentist that would be able to see him quickly. He contacted the practice and Mariana helped him out a lot! She was able to get him an appointment super fast within the week, and had the procedure scheduled within the next week. She went above and beyond to help explain insurance, prices and what he needed to do prior to the procedure. Not only did she thoroughly do her job, it appeared that she sincerely cared about him. He had an excellent experience and that speaks volumes of someone who hates going to the dentist!

I just moved to Rocky Mount, NC from Arizona and was very nervous about finding a new Dentist office. I am so blessed to have found the Comprehensive Dental Center of North Carolina! The staff were all very nice and professional. I have severe anxieties so having such wonderful caring people really made my visit calming! I actually want to come back to the dentist!

First visit today to take care of a dental emergency and was very pleased! I submitted appointment request online and was contacted the same day and they had me an appointment in 2 days! Staff was very professional and helpful especially my assistant Abby!! I definitely made the right choice and would 10/10 would recommend

Initially had a time management issue with the practice. The problem has been resolved and I’m pleased with the results. I wish I could give them less than one star but these so called professionals need someone who knows what theyre doing in charge. My mother went in as a set appointment for 2:30 and left almost at 4 because she was never called in. She sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and asked the receptionist why it was taking so long and the lady responded with you still need to wait 30 more minutes. The audacity of this dental office. Please, I encourage them to get better people for better customer service.

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Ingad been dealing with 3 teeth that needed to be puuled for over a month and couldnt find anyone to take me any earlier than Nov. Well i called them and they got me in and had my teeth done within 3 days. The service was GREAT AND I cant say enough about the people that work here! They are so very friendly! Wonderful place that now MY WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE GOING TO!!

Today was my daughters first visit to the dentist. Tiara and Dr. Singletary were very kind, patient and welcoming. I loved how Tiara explained step by step with the teeth cleaning process. The dental hygienist Mrs. Azellette, was excellent with my daughter when it came to writing in her teeth, she was calm and very patient. I loved how they worked with my daughter and I am very well pleased.

I visit Comprehensive Dental Care every 6 months for my regular cleaning and every time is better than the last. They have a fantastic staff, well appointed office space and are always easy to work with when it comes to billing, swapping out insurance providers and generally answering questions related to additional services such as straightening and whitening. I highly suggest Comprehensive Dental Care!

I had on appointment for cleaning front desk staffs very friendly and Professional, the waiting area was clean and neat like always, I was called back in less than 20 minutes after arrival, this is not my first time but it was the first time I felt like my tooth was really clean the hygienist did wonderful job her name is Azellette, overall the staffs was amazing.

Came in as a new patient. Marianna helped me get in so fast. Mike was a great hygienist the dr searcy was very nice. Will come again

My son tooth had broke off I was 20 minutes late to the appointment and they wouldn’t not let me come they told me to wait 3 weeks and we had some where to be so I will be changing my dentist

First appointment went great! X-rays were explained and a plan was in place. Second appointment, a bit of a wait time but the staff was nice and professional. One tooth was extracted no problems. A week later, my entire mouth was in pain, once I arrived to have another tooth removed which is where I thought the pain was coming from, I was informed that I should have been given antibiotics once the first one was removed and that was the reason I couldn’t get numb enough for him to remove the second tooth because it was infected. I was given antibiotics and pain meds, upon returning, he was still unable to get my mouth numb enough for extraction and I was referred to a surgeon. Due to COVID, I was unable to get a timely appointment so I returned, spoke with Dr. Singletary who informed me that she had another Dr. whom she get confident could extract the tooth. She scheduled me for a return to see this other Dr. when I got there, my appointment was moved back to the Dr who had already tried twice and was unsuccessful, the staff was apologetic and took my name and number for Dr Singletary to call me. I have not received a call yet.

The intake guy was very precise and knowledgeable of x-ray procedures and technique to prevent repeat X-ray. The hygienist did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. Overall, I had a smooth dental experience.

This place has the most respectful personnel at an dental office I’ve seen in a long time, especially Ms Abby, who always assisted the doctor when he worked on me. They make you feel as comfortable as possible....will continue to come to these guys

I took my 94 YO mom to Rocky Mount from Raleigh to get her new dentures. The drive was well worth it. I cannot say enough about how well Dr Singletary and Dr Searcy treated my mom. Marquetta and the other assistants and staff were also extremely helpful and kind. My mom is not the easiest to satisfy but she is smilling ear to ear right now.

Refused to fix my tooth, crown is coming off. She told me my crown was not coming off and then said Im not gonna touch that. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend this office. And very over priced!!

I was so happy with my visit with comprehensive , they did a very good job with my 5 year old that where patient with him and very caring . The assistant Abby was very nice she was very polite to me and my son I will be looked forward with my business with comprehensive.

Called Saturday morning to see what they could do for me, I explained I was up all night with pain from my wisdom and she had me in by 11 AM, they were very caring and thorough, Dr.Colston was very good and took great care in letting me know what to expect during the process of pulling the wisdom tooth, also Wayne and Gabby took great care of me too.

The wait time was ridiculously long. I feel the office was overbooked because I waited over an hour to be called in the back. Once I was in the back, I still had a 25 minute wait time before I got serviced. Also, I am not new to this office so I do believe they should have already gotten in touch with my kidney doctor and they should have already had his approval to clean my teeth! My time was really wasted. I was disappointed with what they did for me that day which was an x-ray and nothing more! No cleaning! Once again they should have already talked with my kidney doctor in advance for his approval for a simple cleaning of my teeth... Disappointed!

The visit started great but once I finished my x-rays and was sitting there waiting for someone to clean my teeth and complete my visit, to my surprise they tell me they are waiting for approval for my deep cleaning!! So that means my teeth never was cleaned again and Im in the same condition as I was when I arrived. I was extremely upset and still am. Now gotta find another dentist cause I feel they wasted my time and gas!!! 🤔😒

Ms. Jackson was very pleasant and eager to assist me. Ms. Jackson worked in a timely manager to get the information I needed. I am extremely impressed with the Ms. Jacksons work ethic along with the other staff at Comprehensive Dental. Keep up the great work!

First time going for my two kids and all the staff were very professional and friendly. We were in & out quickly. They made sure any concerns/questions I had were answered. They were excellent with the kids making sure they felt comfortable.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Wait time is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Its a shame you have an appointment scheduled and have to wait 2 hours in the waiting room to be called to the back. I would not recommend this dentist to ANYONE!!!

For these to be professionals, the customer service is not good. On more than one occasion, my daughter and myself have sat in the waiting room more than an hour, they have cancelled appointments, they have numb my daughter and left her in the room for more than 40 minutes, and everytime we go back, there seems to be something else wrong with her teeth. Dr. Singletary, whos as sweet and nice as can be had to come and clean up my daughters situation after another dentist ditched us after they numbed her. So, for me and mines, we will find another dentist office. Its a shame because we have been going here for years.
