We love the service weve recieved from Merry Maids! It is the best feeling in the world to come home to a clean house. We needed extra help getting deep cleaning done and its been worth every penny! I am very thankful for the professional service and quality provided by Merry Maids of Rocky Mount!

Family member of ours, over in a very nice part of Rocky Mount, called the Merry Maids Cleaning Service but, they receive for now NO STARS. ZERO. I even ended up calling 2x for my fam in R.Mount, but, its been SEVERAL days. No 1 has even emailed, NOR called ,no text... .No calls, for several days now and counting. Horrible, un-professional,sad in this day and age youre clearly not a real business. Nor responsible, nor professional.We shall give the biz to another REPUTABLE company.

My husband and I are selling our home, and we hired Merry Maids of Rocky Mount to do a Deep Cleaning before our Open House. We went out of town the day they were coming to clean, as to keep things as clean as possible before the Open House. Our request was to clean anything and everything that needed to be cleaned. We were given an estimate of $300 and were told that price would increase if it took longer than expected, windows needed to be cleaned, fans were dirty, etc... My husband agreed to all of that. When we returned the house was moderately clean, but I would hardly call it a Deep Cleaning. Cabinets had not been wiped down, transom windows were not cleaned, parts of the floor were not even swept, there were still spots on the floor where they didnt mop all of it, there were dusty bunnies on the wall, and one of our toilets was still dirty. They didnt charge us the full $300 they quoted, but I would have paid that and more if we had had a true deep cleaning. We were disappointed and will go with another company should we need these services in the future.
