If you call any other temp service, you’ll be greeted politely and respectfully. The girls in this establishment are far beyond rude. They don’t answer the phone ever and if you happen to get them to or go there, they have attitudes as if people aren’t supposed to come there. The Tayler lady is the worse and it’s crazy the review below mine is about her as well. Corporate needs to start doing drop ins and act as if they’re trying to get a job so they can see these women need to be retrained or replaced.

There is no service here at all. Dont bother calling them, they will not answer the phones. Its too the point where I wonder why they have them. They dont answer emails either. They DID call me and text me after a month later after I applied to job I was intrested in. I was still intrested and pressed on. They said they could possibly get me started within a week. I texted the number and they were waiting for the clients feedback which I dont get at all. Why call me if nothing is set and stone yet its a waist of my time. I have never experienced such a terrible temp agency. I do not recommend them all to anyone seriously looking for a job. But out of all that the worst thing to me about this temp agency is the lack of communication between anyone. That is probably the most important aspect of being a temp agencyDO NOT COME HERE!!!THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER TEMPS!!

Worst place EVER & Tayler Arrington needs to be replaced immediately! Her attitude is atrocious and she’s barely had her position a year smh. Doesn’t answer emails or phone calls and talks to future employees as if they’re her children. I’m calling everyone I need to call about this lady because she needs to be terminated!

Not a place I recommend at all. The places they send you to, to work and Kelly services themself don’t seem to have good communication. Kelly services will say one thing and the job will say another. It’s confusing & irritating. & you never know when your gonna lose the job it could be a week or a couple weeks. I’m sure there’s other temp agencies that could provide better. It’s worth giving those a try.

At first I was offer a job opportunity and then that weekend came to start... what was told to me that I cant start yet because the Hr wasnt ready for me to start ... they will get in contact with me that Monday to see when I can start so... I call that Monday at 4 oclock because I havent received a call and they closed at 5 ..the person that gave me the job was on the phone... and they told me in a mean way I qoute if she didnt email u or called u then she havent received a call... so I told them okay ..and as nicely as possible hung up the phone.... I took the drug test pass... background check pass... every test pass .. and even have a degree but no help no job...only get avoided... job offer but no start day.... crazy ... I dont recommend because of lack of management.

Very Sad Place ...They Are Very Very Unprofessional... I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Management is very Rude and doesnt seem like anyone wants to help..I wont Call Names but they Know who they Are!! Sad to Say they have Really Gotten Worse Since They Lost Phfizer Contract. We need people There that are Trying to Help This City. ASAP!!!

I love this temp services. I have been employed for 8 months with Kelly Services. I love the job and I am very satisfied with how soon the job opportunity was available and I was able to start the next day.

Honestly can say this is the #1 sorryest temp place to go to ! I blame the workers i really think someone should do something about they service !

If stand at the door and call, you can look in and see everyone not busy, but no one will answer the phone, they are rude and its worth the hassle.

Impossible to speak to someone and not a recording..
