What a rip off store! all about the money. very unprofessionel help.and the NU-EAR hearing aids brake down all the time. if you dont spent the around $900 a year for their extra insurance, you will end up paying that much in repairs. did i mension $50 for a 5 minute cleaning and a battery. Dont go there...
