Outstanding staff and competitive pricing. I got floors installed for the downstairs of my home and I am beyond satisfied. The two gentleman that completed the install were punctual, respectful, and prompt. During the install I noticed two small areas of concern and it was quickly addressed and corrected. The product is backed with a 20yr warranty and looks beautiful. We love it. From estimate to finished product this was so easy. Everyone from Keith to the rest of the staff were so easy to work with. We will be using them again for the upstairs flooring very soon!

I called Keith Britt’s Carpet Service to inquire on having my carpets cleaned in my building. I called, the receptionist said she would have someone return my call. Immediately a representative returned my call and I explained to him what I was interested in. He told me that he would have to come out and take the measurements of my areas to be cleaned. The price was very reasonable but most importantly the promptness and personalities were a great reflection of the quality of this business. Not to mention the carpets, the outcome was exceptional and I am very pleased.
