I would never use the uhaul services through cherry detail ever. I was scheduled to do a self pickup for a truck at 5pm upon getting there my location services on my phone would not allow me to pick the truck up. The male owner of cherry detail was there with the business unlocked. I asked him if he would please help me with the truck pickup and he proceeded to tell me meanly that he was closed and would not help. I canceled the reservation and checked all Other U-Haul’s in the area and none of them had a truck available. I then created a new reservation for 7 PM I was able to use location services on my boyfriends phone to pick the truck up. Our reservation was for 24 hours. When we dropped the truck off the lady owner screamed at us about a spot in the back of the truck and wanted to charge us to clean the truck when the spot was there when we got the truck. She also told us she would have uhaul ban us from renting trucks when we rent multiple times a month from uhaul for years. I believe bc they have a personal detail business they try to charge individuals truck cleaning fees.
