I chose a refrigerator from this establishment and set up a date and time to pick it up. At the time the refrigerator was missing its handles and needed some minor work. I was told that it would be complete and ready upon pickup. On the agreed upon date and time when I went to pick up the refrigerator was still in the exact same condition and position. Since it was not ready he told me he would deliver it. Upon delivery the handles were still unattached. Upon closer review I realized the seal on the refrigerator side was not working properly. I informed him of this while he was still here hooking up the water/ice line. Before leaving he temporarily fixed the door handles, hooked up the ice/water line and worked on the seal of the fridge door. He promised me he would return the next day and complete the entire refrigerator to my satisfaction. Several days later I had not heard from him so I called and text and got no responses. After sending him a text message regarding him ducking me after being paid the $325 he asked for the refrigerator he responded in an unprofessional and nonchalant manner. I now sit with a refrigerator that does not seal properly on the refrigerator side does not produce water or ice and does not have attached handles because with the half job that he did they came off the next day. I am a firm believer in supporting local and black businesses!! This is the type of situation that pisses me off because you put out bad energy 2 and 4 everyone involved. Do better be better!! If youre going to do business and an unprofessional and lackadaisical way dont do it at all.

By all means if you want a “temporary” freezer and/or refrigerator that will have issues not 1 week after having purchasing it, then is is your place. I however, was not searching for a freezer that would only keep my food frozen for a week and then resort to searching to buy ANOTHER freezer after NUMEROUS attempts to call and schedule a visit/repair. Needless to say both my money and time have been wasted in this process. Save yourself the headache and visit anywhere BUT here.
