My company was with TeamLogic IT - Rockwall for almost two years, they came in and things were great for a while. Their revolving door of employees seems to have brought with it, lack of communication, unqualified technicians and poor management. After our third IT tech came in everything went down hill. We lost servers, access to drives, had scanner issues...The list goes on, we were down for four days when i had to call in a different IT company to get us backup and running. After a week we are still trying to recover all of our data and equipment.

I have been in business with Team logic IT since 2015. For me as a dentist I understand and appreciate the importance of a good and trusting relationship. I trusted this company to help rebuild my existing computing system and servers in 2 practices. Instead of building they do multiple patch work jobs and just bill you. The amount to repair my one practice is unforgivable. No structure whatsoever. They hold your services in potential hostage if you dont pay your bill accordance to their time frame. They never bother to understand the customers point of view of why they may be upset or their current situation. I have been never so disrespected as a customer or person by a business I had such trust for. I have decided to take my business of 3 practices somewhere else.

Teamlogic IT did great job in supporting our network projects and desktop support service. I was the IT director at Channell when we were building a new factory and office in Rockwall. At a critical time, Teamlogic IT provided a project manager to coordinate all tedious tasks in wiring, networking, phone system, etc, We were very happy with their help to those projects. We further contracted their on-site desktop service for 9 months. They have very good IT folks!

TeamLogic has been great for our company and has met all our needs. They have quickly mitigated any IT problems that our company has had.

TeamLogic started out strong with the support they provided, although they were a bit expensive....but then service started lacking and our issues began piling up. We are finally recovering, after moving to another service provider.
