Pretty much came out the next day after I made my service call.Installation: They were able to diagnose what the issue was and knew what values needed and had the proper equipment on hand to repair AND replace the need values required by the county. (they also know a lot of county inspectors and have great relationships with them making inspections REALLY easy for you)COST: I called around to different companies and All Pro Backflow beats them all.Jon, All Pro Backflow makes you feel more relaxed that their job was done right and GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service that cannot be beat!!!.Because of their cost and service they will be servicing my property annually. I have used several different Backflow contractors in the last 5 years, All Pro by far is the best. They are always prompt for scheduled jobs and emergency calls. They contact me for my regular service which is fabulous when you have as much to maintain as I do. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and what can be waited on, even when I say “should we just fix it now”. As long as All Pro Backflow exists they are who I will use.

Got notice from the City Of Roseville that our main water line backflow needed to be replaced at our restaurant. Called Jon at All Pro Backflow and they arrived the same day replaced it and took care of all the paperwork necessary. They also took payment over the phone which was quick and easy.
