I travel to Rocklin and forgot my laptop charger. Thinking I was smart, ordered it from Amazon for same day delivery. Not only was it late, it was defective. The I remembered Tech 2 U was nearby. I called, they had a used laptop charger that I could buy. Problem solved in less than an hour. Very responsive and professional.

Long story short, I think I was nicely taken care of, but within a week or so my PC started running slower an slower. Now it is troublesome. I dont know much about the inner workings of computers, and why this would be happening, but I would think that something would have looked problematic while my PC was being analyzed by Tech2U, but it was reported as no problems found. My guess is the processor has issues, but like I said, Im not knowledgeable on the inner workings of computers.

AWESOME experience. Alex from Tech 2 U installed a larger hard drive into my laptop and cloned the system so it works just like before, without having to reinstall any software. Excellent customer and technical service. I would highly recommend this company.

I went in because my laptop was not charging. I expected it to be a huge fix and probably need a new port or new laptop. Chad told me I just needed a new charger, and in fact he had one available for me to purchase. Chad was very friendly, helpful, and honest. Solved my problem and I was up and running. I would recommend them!

After being HEAVILY recommended by RAD radio, I gave them a try. Chad at the Rocklin location was incredibly easy to talk to and explained things very easily . Unfortunately my laptop could not be saved but that had nothing to do with them and even assisted me to getting a new laptop I love! Will (hopefully not soon) use them again if I need help

Before I contacted tech 2u my computer worked ok. You guys did a online diagnostic and ran some tests, after the diagnostic my hard drive was not operable and all the data was lost to a point that the only recovery option would cost me up to $1500 with no guarantees. I spend $500 on a new hard drive including the cost of the diagnostic and $1600 for my book keeper to re enter my quickbooks data. Had I known this was the outcome I would never allowed tech 2u to touch my computer. Maybe you should advise your customers to back up their data before you run your diagnostic software.

First time not really happy. But this last time they a good job and trust this new guy. Would recommend and use again.

What a fantastic group of young men they have here! I called on Sonday night and spoke to Mike who told me how to get to their store. When I came in the next day I was greeted by Sam who made me feel much better about my computer problems. He got my emails working again and its working even faster than before!
