The stylist was pleasant and nice. When I got home, I noticed my hair has not been thinned out, even though I mentioned that I had thick hair, and the lengths of hair was not even. I will be going to fix my hair at Hair Cuttery.All prior visits there were great. Will try again in the future!

I highly recommend Teresa for any salon needs. I just saw her yesterday for a haircut, and again she did an awesome job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to have my hair cut. I used to drive from Merritt Island to see her and am happy that we live closer to her now. She does an awesome job every time. She is quick, accurate, and able to cut my hair exactly the same way each time while others can’t remember how they cut it previously. She’s friendly and outgoing, and I always leave there smiling and laughing. I will keep going to see Teresa whenever I need a trim or a haircut.

Walked in, lady over 6ft bigboned approached like to get ur hair cut. Walked off, no introduction, asked trim, shortened bit.She was so Rough, left hair soaked running down my back, had to ask plz blow dry it up since to wet, had blowdrier so close, it burned. Had to tell her its buring. Hair was all over my shoulders, neck, ears, face when i came home. Ive never had my hair shaved so far up past hair line, boxed cut. Like a bowl was used for trimming. I voiced increasingly how upsetting this wad. She showed no emotion. My 1st review ever left after a haircut. I was forced to leave atleadt 1 star. My rating is none!

My regular barber was out on maternity leave so we used another barber in the shop. He screwed up my sons and my hair sooo bad. We ent to supercuts on Murrell Rd and they were awesome! Didnt charge me full price, fixed our hair and both stylists were super friendly! Gave them both $10 tips for being great sports! Definitely recommend them!!

I have very thick, long hair and Super cuts knew how to handle my bulky hair whereas high End places have not a clue.

You have to hear my story first. I always went to the Supercuts and then when the virus happened places are closed but other places are open. I went to a different place and at that place this woman messed up my hair so bad That she basically burned my scalp and ruined my hair color.Then when this Supercuts opened I was treated so kindly and with so care that it took three treatments for them to help me get my hair color back. And I am so grateful and I recommend this place to my family friends and to anyone because of how they helped me. They were kind, They were professionals. They talked me through what had to happen to get my hair color back. I really am grateful. ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ❤️

Ive had mens cuts with Dee and with Audrey. Very pleased with both and will return, again. Both were personable and followed my directions.

This was my first time here. Needed a hair cut for myself and my son. After the 10 minutes it took for him to enter our names my son went first. Very simple. Same style as now, just shorten it up a bit. 2 on the sides and take some off the top. He started to just cut his bangs like a bowl cut. Kept going shorter and was ignoring me when I was telling him “no that’s short enough.” I have never met someone so disconnect from reality. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had to go down the street to have someone else fix it. I did not want them anywhere near our hair again. Worst experience I have had getting our hair cut ever.

My hair cut was done by the manager which was super lovely but the undershave I got wasn’t in their skill rang and never really told me and my cut was un even but their customer service was great

Easily the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Not only is it super uneven, but she couldnt even cut my hairline straight. Definitely will not be returning.

Worst cut Ive ever had in my life!! Looks nothing like what I showed her. Paid extra for styling she ran the brush through my hair while having the dryer hit her. Hair is still wet at scalp and no super fuzzy because she didnt apply any heat.

I chose this place for the first time and I chose Teressa because of her great reviews so Im going to leave her another great review. She is very personable and took me in right away. She did a great job for being the first time cutting my hair, she did it quick and exactly as I asked, and she didnt leave a mess around my neck like what usually happens. I will definitely be back.

I have been here three times in the past two months. We were here first for my mom (and she was very happy with her cut and the price--discount for military). And I have been back to get my hair cut twice. The first was a good cut by the available stylist; I was happy with it. But I just had a razor cut by Celina, the manager who is back now after being gone for four months for training. Anyway, my haircut is perfect. And the price was so reasonable, I cant believe there isnt a line out the door. (Well, all the seats were full of people waiting.) This is my go-to place for haircuts. My moms friends are happy going here, too. This is the best beauty shop Ive found in the Viera area in two years of looking!

Terrible cut for my 5 year old. I showed a picture of my son from his last haircut and said I wanted it the same. Frederick Davis was the stylist and couldnt even get the lines straight! Way shorter than we wanted. I will be fixing it somewhere else. We will never return. I can do a better job at home with a set of clippers. If you come here, try another stylist or youll regret it!

Came here two times. Needed my eyebrows waxed, I came in the first time and was seated in 15 minutes. The lady began to get the wax ready, but they mustve ordered the wrong kind, because the wax did not stick to my skin. This was the first time anything like this had happened.It wasnt an issue, I figured Id come back another time. I came back a MONTH later, and the same lady told me they still havent gotten the correct shipment in and they could not do my eyebrows.Completely unacceptable! Theres no way a shipment takes more than a month to come in. DONT waste your time coming to this location, go somewhere else.

Second time I come here and it closed 15 minutes early but left the open sign on. The guy inside saw me and just made a throat cutting motion and stared at me till I left. The first time I came here I asked for a medium fade and walked out with a friggin high and tight, when I asked the lady why she was going so high she pretty much broke down and it got super awkward.. go somewhere else.

Got a haircut there two days ago, never had a worst hair cut in my life. Two employees working there at the time of my visit were complaining loudly about the owner/manager of the store, very off putting. The woman who stated my haircut could not have been more careless or inept at her profession. Within 3 minutes she had already messed up my hair beyond salvation. She called the other employee over to try and fix it and thats when things got even worst. While she tried to fix the mess that was now my haircut, she ended up cutting my face with the scissors. They both decided that the hair could not be fixed and that I was just going to have to put jell in it and wait a month. I left there and had to spend 45$ at an actual hair salon to try and repair the damage. Wildly Unprofessional staff, I have never had such a poor experience in my life. They have no business cutting anyones hair.

Mom Bob fail! I was so upset I had to walk out after 2 hours for a simple mom bob. Belinda was very kind and personable but she didnt listen to what I wanted after telling her I need the back shorter. She had to go around again a second time and when she finally got to the front, she realized to angle it back, the back needs to be mush shorter. The short in the back, longer in the front bob, ya know? Not a new style. Instead I left looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. She tried to blow dry it and offered to fix it but I had no more time. I was there nearly 2 hours for a cut that should have taken less than 30 min. She insisted I come back and get it fixed but honestly, I wont set foot in there again. I am not sure about the qualifications of the stylists at this location, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth now when it comes to Supercuts. She was a very nice lady but, I have to go get my hair fixed somewhere else now. I gave them a try. P.S. I feel bad for a sad review but, I wouldnt want this to happen to someone else.

I was pleasantly surprised after walking into Super Cuts on Murrell. I wear my hair like Ellen DeGeneres relativity short and prefer a razor cut as I feel it blends in better, BUT is becoming a lost art in stylists. Admittedly I am very fussy. I was greeted at the door and after a short wait Celina E. introduced herself. She is currently the manager. After discussing my desired hair style , to my surprise she asked have you ever had a razor cut? I walked out very pleased knowing I had found the stylist for the months I live in Florida.Do not hesitate to ask for Celina for her age she has years of experience and is a delight to spend time with. You will walk out with the style you want.

I’ll just share my expierence here, walk in and sit down. 1 stylist is cutting someone’s hair and someone is in front of, she says she’ll be with me in a sec. I then noticed another worker sitting beside the first, I figured it was her first day but then I realized her 3 kids were sitting in the chairs. Then she came to front counter and was playing on an iPad or something slumped over. Another customer walked in and to the front counter and I felt so bad for her! She literally just asked how long the wait was and how much it would cost and she looked so bothered by her asking that. She just slowly looked up and mumbled the answer and looked right back to her phone. Basic customer service is easy. Update- haircut is pretty bad..had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Read the other reviews it seems like this is common her.

Waited for a haircut. Next available stylist wanted me to take a stylist that was already busy because he is better at fades . Said stylist purposely took a long, long time to cut a mans hair. Made it blatantly obvious he didnt want to cut my hair by continuously shaving one spot, moving slow, looking at me and saying his back hurts, ect. Waited 20 minutes. What a joke, never getting a haircut here because of the lazy employee!

My son was looking for a new haircut. We explained what we wanted long on top short to the crown. I went back and it was to long up to the crown and styled in the exact same way he did not want it and she had cut a good inch off the top. That we did not want. Then when she knew I was upset she whispered to him make sure you dont spike it in front of your mom... He shrugged it off. We get in the car and he was so upset he cannot do anything with the top he wanted to. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE. will not be back. Your job is to make the customer feel great not make him upset he has to wait another few months to try again.

Lady was very rude. I guess she doesnt like customers.

Had to wait 1:30 hour for her to show up!!!Now that they gotten ride of the tardy careless Audra and have Dara there, I have become a regular customer. Dara is great. On time ,courteous ,professional and friendly. I love any supercut,that Dara works,as they move her around .

Absolutely love love love my hair! I have a lot of hair as it is. Kathy and Dara teamed up to color it which was done so time efficiently. I usually don’t let people cut my hair I am very picky. But Dara cut it the perfect length exactly how I wanted. Will definitely be coming back!
