I had priority construction replace my roof and add insulation to my attic. I loved working with Andy, he is super professional and responsive. He helped us choose the right roof for us that could fit with many exterior styles for when we redo that later. My only issue was the landscaping got squished during the install but the company was kind enough to offer me a home improvement gift card to remedy the situation. I will definitely hire again.

Riley was great to work with. He was professional, prompt in his responses when I had questions and communicated well with us. He was also very helpful with design and helped come up with a concept of what we wanted for our siding. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the project. Priority Construction Services did an amazing job! Brian came out and inspected our roof, gutters and downspouts and worked with our insurance company to get our hail claim approved. Riley was great to work with. He was prompt with answering calls and if he was busy he made sure to call back as soon as he could. He kept me up to date on how the process was going. Worked with me on getting things done a little faster as due to COVID everything got pushed back and then we weren’t going to make our deadline. He also was great in helping with how to get my insurance deadline extended. The people who did our roof and siding did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner. And they have been working well with letting me make payments to get the last bit of my bill paid off.

We contracted with Priority after major hail event and they worked on our side through the entire process. Whether it was working with us or working with the insurance adjuster they made sure everything was correct and paid out by insurance. When it came to removal and replacement the crews were amazing. With all major jobs there were some very minor defects and Priority was always quick to correct them. Brian and Priority did an incredible job providing a new roof while repairing an existing leak and re-siding my home. From the day I called to report hail damage, I was kept up-to-date on the status of the claim and project. Brian and I must have spoke 50 times over the course of 4 months, and he was always there to answer the phone and provide me with his expertise and forethought. It was incredible the level of service Brian provided, especially while my insurance company dragged their feet.The quality and efficiency of the work completed was commendable. Roof and siding look great, and no more leak into my garage. We experienced minimal inconveniences as we had our roof replaced and new siding put on. They were also mindful of returning the yard to a safe place for my kids to play by removing nails and other hazards. ANYDANGWAY - They snuck in my service on an impressively short-term timeline (a pretty minor roof repair) and the price was reasonable. Five stars. Highly recommend. I have twice used Priority Construction Services in Rochester, MN.The first time was when water water repeatedly ran down my garage back wall from unexpected rapid thawing/freezing/thawing after heavy snowstorms that caused ice dams at the “ridge” where the garage roof joins the house. The developer came out 3 times across 3 years, but the problem continued the following winter. Out of frustration, I called several roofing companies, and Priority gave me the best impression, best pricing and best assurance. And they indeed did a very professional job, and the garage back wall never got wet again.The second time was when my roof, siding and patio deck were damaged in a hailstorm. Priority again gave me the best impression, best materials, best options and best assurance. The 2 co-owners Josh and Scott both came out to my house, while Josh came repeatedly to inspect, recommend and discuss in detail. Their 2 construction managers also kindly transported, free of charge, a dishwasher from the store to my house, and carried it into the house – even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof, desk or siding repairs, and moved away, again free of charge, a bunch of odds and ends from my own garage.During the several months of repairs, Josh was very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. My appointment for insulation services was stood up twice. I wasted 2 weeks rescheduling for their services. Both times I waited over an hour to see if anyone was still coming by. No notice. The man answering the phone said he would call me right back. An hour later no call and he didnt even remember we spoke.There is no professionalism or courtesy involved in this company whatsoever. The crew that worked on the house was contracted out and has since been released and now longer associated priority. Glad the final crew I worked with was as least efficient so we could be done. They started our siding project in July. They STILL have not finished. The work they did was sloppy and rushed. We tried contacting them several times and they refuse to return our calls. Do not use these guys! What a headache!

I bought my house about a year and a half ago, knowing id need to get the house re-sided. I had old, thick stucco, which was cracking and had clearly been repaired a few times. I shopped the siding work around, and was planning on doing the demo work on the existing stucco, and hiring out the new siding work.Shortly before work was able to start, I threw my back out, and the folks at Priority were so easy to work with when it came to making sure that we could get the demo work added to their to-do list. The pricing was almost dollar per dollar, what I had estimated it at, and there was no hidden gotcha, or unexplained costs.The work itself is beautiful, with my house now properly sided, with something I can trust, and I even asked them to aluminum wrap my window frames. The finished product is great, and I would definitely recommend working with Priority Construction.

Priority did an amazing job on my roof. Ive been very happy with the results. They were able to finish it in less than a day and were very clean. Ive found little to no debris in my yard off of the roof. They also handled all of the paperwork with insurance.My only frustration was that the roof was supposed to be completed in the fall 6 months prior. There was a gap in communication which caused the project to be pushed to the spring. They did make a point to complete it on the first acceptable day of the spring.

So grateful for Priority Construction! My roof looks amazing and they are such kind people to work with. We contacted them last minute in an emergency situation and they were more than willing to work with us and get the job done well!

They replaced the roof on our church, which is amazingly steep, and did an excellent job! Not only does the roof look great, they fixed some rotten decorative trim where the roof met the retaining wall and it looks like new! The staff was courteous and family friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves!
