Cory and team provided a great service at a fair price, in my case gutter cleaning on my 2 story house. Cory communicated very well and yep me updated on the schedule for when his crew would arrive. I needed my gutters cleaned before an appraiser came to appraise for a refi. My gutters had been neglected for many years and even had small plants growing out of them.Cory got me on the schedule and got the service completed before the appraiser came out.The quote and the actual cost of the service was the same (as it should be) and was about half the cost quoted by Angi and her related companies. There are lots of companies on the web that present themselves as local but as you contact them or go into their web site you find they are just a national clearing house that seems to contract with local contractors and add a large mark-up to the process.Squeegee Squad Rochester is a local franchise (it seems) business with a local owner. Cory and his team did great work. I recommend them and will use them again as I find I need other services they offer.

UPDATE: Corporate is sending a crew immediately to make up for the inconvenience. The company seems good. I just don’t know what’s going on with Steve. The guy is really nice, but he has left the job unfinished several times now. I don’t know why I keep hiring him. I could have scheduled someone else weeks ago who would have actually completed the job.

Couldnt be more disappointed in this company! As a repeat customer I arranged to have ice dam removal service only to be cancelled 3 times. 3 TIMES! After the first cancellation I called and stressed that I am having a roof leak and their service was urgent. They agreed to come the next day, only to cancel again (Despite our roof leak). Something came up. Uh huh. They then left me a voice mail (Wed.) that they would come this weekend with no request that I call to confirm. When I called Friday to confirm anyway and to hopefully ensure service I was declined because I didnt call on Thursday to confirm WTH??!! Apparently this is the way repeat customers are treated.

Steven- a squad member- went above and beyond expectations doing a great job cleaning our windows from inside and outside in a very professional, empathetic (wore clean boot covers entering the unit), friendly and courteous manner. He clearly made an impression of the company himself.

Nice people but did not replace window grilles which I had removed for cleaning and left in full view. Asked them to put screens up and they looked at me like I was crazy. Clearly not a full service window cleaning company and very pricey to boot!

I used these folks once and they did an excellent job. Then used them - just before selling a house. They missed a window. I totally understand that happens but after texting them about it 3 times I gave up. It’s a shame - they got their money and didn’t care about a job well done. They’ve lost my business long term.
