Contracted to purchase an elevator, paid $42,500 deposit 7/32/19 with a contract and delivery date of 16 weeks later. March ,10,2020 no elevator, no calls back. Manufacturer claims order cancelled due to non payment. We have filed a lawsuit against omni and christian goetting to refund deposit. THIS BUSINESS AND PERSON ARE A SCAM AND CRIMINAL. BE CAREFUL
