Jennifer was so kind during my postal visit! The line was very long & another worker seemed to be new in training. So Jennifer was basically assisting most of the customers alone. She never griped or complained! She apologized to me for the wait & was such a delight!! I will drive the extra way for her excellent customer service!! Thank you Jennifer you are appreciated!

I had a package to return and had a return label but had not taped it to the package. Of course they were selling packaging tape and had wanted me to purchase it and fix it on but I asked if they could provide the tape and tape it for me in exchange for a review. Thank you for the fair exchange and for the great service Simi! Also, thank for the use of the scissors too. 😷

Nice post office. I like the computer system so you can do your own packaging and handling. Its very cool. And theres two of them which is great because if the line is busy I just go there. Super fast and easy if you can use a computer!

This post office is much better than the one in downtown Rochester. Easy to get in and out of. Staff seem nicer and the location is easier to find. Go here instead.

Excellent customer service. Office was very clean, well organized, uncluttered, and well supplied with shipping items. Lots of free parking available. Wish there was a drive-up mailbox available, though, at this location.

The cashier was friendly patient and answer all my question. Really know how to deal with people. I just dont know why this cant be the main post office.

Incredible customer service...top notch operation

Horrible woman with grey hair, about 52 tall. I went to the post office today at 6:20pm. There were 2 women and another one was too busy eating her chips and the grey hair woman was so rude. They said thats how she talks to everybody and they were too stupid to know that they had some serious problem with their attitude.I hope this post office can be more friendly if they dont work there.

Slow and understaffed when its a known busy season

This was the 4th time that my parcel was delivered to a wrong address on December 28, 2016. Cant trust USPS for important parcels or documents.

Have COPD and couple times was having bad day , staff have been so kind.....always the best👁
