The salesperson Lorraine was very friendly, patient, helpful and got the perfect engagement ring designed for my gf. The prices were outlined and they were willing to accommodate my work schedule. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry, or to have their jewelry serviced. Very nice people to work with.

They seem real legit to me and have done a great job for me a couple times Ive been there and Ill go back again if I need to. I needed repairs done and I can tell you if you need resizing done on a ring then this is the perfect place to do it and get the service done promptly. They exceeded my expectations and Im happy about that being where they are located its got to be a circus every day for them but they care about our jewelry so rest assured its in good hands when you leave it with them. Nice people.

Stellar place to get professional service and exquisite jewelry. Their buyers here really have an eye for style. They had all the newest jewelry styles I see on TV, within their store. They also had all the classic pieces too which was a nice balance in selection.I went looking for an exact custom piece that no store or online store had. Lorraine took me in as if I was her family, and proposed a solution for a custom piece. She spent dang near an hour and a half looking through books with me to find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t like a ridge on one of the choices, and she went online to find a different one without the ridge, right on the spot. Not to mention she shipped in color options for me so I knew what I was choosing. Then after all the time she spent helping me, she had it made from scratch within a quick amount of time.I’m really pleased as the way my business was handled here, and would recommend this jewelry shop 100%.

I had my wedding set welded together and the engagement ring replated here. They were kind, curteous quick and affordable! I couldnt believe how amazing the set looked when I got it back. My engagement ring sparkled like new after being worn and beat up for two years.

Went in to have them fix a small clock. The staff could not have been nicer. They discovered quickly that the battery just had not been placed in the clock correctly. They fixed it for me for free. I will definitely go back for this excellent customer service… Plus they had gorgeous things in the case and reasonable prices!

I don’t know where to begin. I brought in an old broken Dior bracelet and had all of the charms switched to a heavier gauge silver bracelet. They did exactly what I asked and had it completed in the time frame they gave me. All employees who I dealt with (including the owner) were very helpful and friendly, as well as very professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this jeweler. For any other accessory needs I will only be going here and will also be referencing them to anyone in need of a jeweler. Wonderful experience with this Gramercy Park jeweler! They designed a ring for me using my original wedding ring and my mother’s wedding ring and the results were beautiful! Told me the process would take 6-8 weeks but the ring was ready in 4!
