When I went to cancel my service the fax didnt work, so I called. No answer so I left a message and emailed my official request for termination. I didnt get a callback or an email response, so I sent a certified letter. The USPS tracking says Moved, Left no Address.

This might sound obvious but I found these guys by searching Google. I tried a few searches and they were always at the top so I figured if they can do it for themselves then they can do it for me. It’s took a few months before I noticed a difference but then I started getting more and more calls from the site. If this keeps up I’m going to need to hire more staff and that’s a great problem to have. Thank you so much :)
