If you have to use them, they are pretty good. Unfortunately its almost always easier to throw electronics away and replace them, instead of repairing. But the Greek Squad and their insurance/extended warranty are great for more expensive items such as TVs.

THEY BROKE MY COMPUTER, and scammed me. Brought in my laptop for some minor repairs, went in to pick it up and it was not turning on. They just handed it over to me broken. They claim it was a bad hardware part that was bound to break, and convieniently broke while in their care.cmon now truly? Found out the cost to fix it is more than the laptop is worth which by the way I bought from Best Buy 2 years ago. Assistant manager told me there is nothing he could do to compensate. Do not go here!!
